Try this sequence that starts with dynamic stretches and goes on with more static ones💥 . Dynamic stretches are a great way to prep for static ones. However remember dynamic stretching doesn’t mean bouncy! Bouncing and jerky moves can lead to over-stretching and even injury. With one swipe of the pen or push of a button, lives are changed, ended, disappeared or saved. Infinite power lies within each of our hands, the magnum opus revealed straight from our cortices upon our lives and the lives of others. Each of us has a choice as to the great work we seek to create....
. it’s true. i use to be able to do multiple wide grip unassisted pull-ups. it was a goal i had 6 years ago. took me roughly 6-8 months of training different progressions to get to one back in 2014 or 15? then i worked my way up to 5-6 before i would crap out. the last time i that many happened was in 2017 when i was training for a spartan race. i haven’t focused on pull-ups since and i think it may be time to get back to them. i realized that i am slowly dying inside now that i can only do one. . there are many different exercises you could be using to build and progress but here are a few on the bar: hanging scapular pull-ups/retractions and negatives with or without a band (resistance your choice) . focus on control throughout the movement. take your time. listen to you body. if your movements start to look like a willy nilly floppy flounder.....regress. find the point throughout the movement where you need to stop and continue to build strength and technique at before moving forward. ain’t no shame in regressing my friends! . . . . . . . #pullups#strengthtraining#practicemakesprogress#bodyweightstrengthtraining#shouldersworkout#backstrength
