Growth (and even more so, healing) does not happen on a straight line. Pay attention to the parts of you that feel wise & developed. How did they become that way? Express gratefulness to yourself for the hard work of becoming mighty in these areas, and name your strength. Then, notice the weak points— the ones you don’t want to see. These points don’t define you, but they must not be ignored either. Wonder about how they got the way they are. Consider how they may be developed to match your other incredible qualities.
