Nutty Banana Bites - you only need 4 ingredients 🤭. No gluten, dairy, or added sugars. This recipe makes 6 and you can change the optional ingredients in anyway to make them a flavour you want!———————————————————————— 💛 Ingredients: 3 mashed bananas, 2 tbsp of coconut oil (any oil works), 1/2 cup of shredded coconut, 1/2 cup of oats. 💛 optional: Granola (I added pecans and almonds), Vanilla essence, Cardamom, Cinnamon ———————————————————————— - Mash bananas together until there’s a mushy consistency - Mix together in a separate bowl all of your dry ingredients, and then add in the wet ingredients - Mix in any additional toppings you want, if the consistency is too chunky you can add in any dairy free milk - Scoop into non stick muffin tray - Bake at 350F for 25 minutes 💛

Today we are taking about DEFINING YOUR GOAL & FINDING YOUR WHY⁣. •⁣ •⁣ You need a goal. It seems like a  simple step but often people lack clarity and solid reason behind their goal. You must create your goal AND know why it really matters. 👉This is a very important step. Don't skip it.⁣ ⁣ 🚫Example of a goal and why that won't fly for long: "I want to lose 20 lbs because I don't like my body." Or "I need to eat better and exercise more because I have a beach vacation coming up."⁣ ⁣ ✅Example of a goal and why that will give you massive leverage to do your things you know you should but don't feel like doing: "I want to have energy all day, feel confident in my skin and be fully present in all I do because my kids are watching. And because they are tiny sponges, I have a perfect opportunity to show then by example what it is to live a healthy life - mind, body and soul - grounded in good habits, behaviors and a growth mindset. I have the unique privilege if showing up for myself so I can show up for them in big ways." ⁣ ⁣ Spoiler alert - the last goal and why is mine. ⁣ •⁣ •⁣ Which one do you think carries more weight? FOOD,  I have a love hate relationship with it. . . I love it a lot and then I struggle with it too.  I know that’s not what people want to hear.  They want to hear ,  take this pill 💊 or drink this and your food troubles will go away. . . I even saw a magazine that said lose 30 pounds in 3 weeks 😱 . . But we know that’s bullshit if you want to stop ✋ that viscious cycle of on again off again weightloss train. . . Losing 30 pounds in weeks sounds great but it won’t last, You’ll gain it all back 💯 percent guaranteed. . . We were all taught in school that when you eat the 4 food groups and drink water 💧 you’ll live longer , healthier and happier. . . But we get caught up in fast 💨, hey I’m guilty too. Last night I didn’t plan for supper and had no ambition to make anything so hubby got pizza 🍕 ( remember love hate here 🙋‍♀️) . . But I did loose 110 pounds and I have gained some back but I know what to do.  I intend on making it my number #1. . . I’m not looking to have a 6 pac of abs , I’m 52.  I’m looking at living a life that is my healthiest and most happiest. . . This is where the love ❤️ comes in.  I’m learning to love foods that I never tried before and get excited for clean foods , NOT junk food. . . And are you ready ? Eat , not deprive not cut out. It’s funny when you eat healthier you body starts to crave the good stuff and NOT the sugars and junk. . . FROM SUNSHINE TO RAIN 💦 ——————————————————————— Third run this weekend. Today’s 15,5K started in sunshine but after 9K it started to rain 🌧 Swedish summer is ending 👎🏼 .  This weekends training (added 5K each day): Friday - 5K trail Saturday - 10,5K mixed ground Sunday - 15,6K mixed ground  Total distance this week and weekend = 31,1K 💪🏼 .  Happy and proud of my self for running three days in a row. Just as my plan was 🤩 ——————————————————————— Running to my goal ☺️ 5 half marathons ✌🏼
| HOW TO MAKE CELERY JUICE | Plain, fresh celery juice is one of the most powerful healing juices available to us. This clean, green drink is the very best way to start your day. You may want to lose weight but fear all the dietary changes. Challenge yourself to replace every glass of soda with water. See how you feel. Be proud of the goal you accomplished today, and find a new one to smash for tomorrow or even this afternoon. Whatever the size of your goal, step back and see if you can break it down into smaller goals, and accomplish one at a time. . Enjoy the process of CHANGE.
