Toast Tuesday and it’s a favourite of ours this morning. Avocado with lime and chilli flakes, sliced tomatoes and a lovely ripe fig! Add in some nasturtiums flowers for a colourful and edible edition and brekkie is ready. Have been housesitting for a gorgeous dog called Reggie the past three weeks. Every day he has been disgusted that our vegan food is so unappealing - at least, to him! VEGAN and GLUTEN FREE Blueberry + Blackberry cobbler.. originally was only supposed to be blueberry but all the blueberries at the store were sold out. Poured in the berries and threw oats, shredded coconut 🥥, pecans, chia seeds, coconut oil, date syrup, & cinnamon into the food processor until chunky. Layered the oat mix on top of the bloobs and baked @350 for 40 minutes. I would do it next time without blackberries but overall really good. ☺️
TAHINI it may concern: Re-JUVA-nating Salad?? That's right! @juvalicious is all about providing you with a super food packed lunch but the best part? They focus on sustainability: reusable containers, lowest carbon foot print. _ It was difficult to choose a favourite because all the salads were good! The BBQ Tofu salad had a great smokey flavour while the Pesto salad had a delicious pesto sauce while the falafel in the Falafel salad was moist and seasoned so well. _ With so many food and sustainable options out there, I really recommend @juvalicious because they offer salad bars for your office or as portioned out lunch. Wework Marine Gateway was spoiled by them a few months ago too! _ One thing for sure is that my co-workers all raved about the SALAD DRESSING. Yea, we fought over it (in a friendly way). _ Support local, reduce waste and eat well with @juvalicious! Seriously though, their salad is delicious!!

⏬⏬⏬ Recipe alert. ⏬⏬⏬ 💚 Zucchinis are one of our best summer friends...besides the eggplants and tomatoes. Let's not forget the tomatoes.🍅 Since all of them live in our garden 😂 we turned the zucchini and tomatoes into zucchini lasagna. Yummie!!! 💚 5 chopped pcs or 1 can of the tomatoes 1 handfull of dried soja meat 1/3 cup raw red lentil 1/2 cup peas 2 pcs zuchinni 2 dl soy milk 2 tbsp flour 1 tbsp vegan butter Oregano,Salt,Pepper,Nutmeg,chopped chives Cook the lentils for 15 min or until softened. Put a boiling watter on the soy meat. Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and put in the tomatoes, salt and oregano for 10 min. Add the cooked lentils and soy meat. In a saucepan prepare bechamel. heat the butter, add the salt, flour and soy milk and peel some nutmeg. Mix until everithing combines and starts to thicken. Add bechamel to the pan, add peas and chives. Cut zucchnis into thin slices. When everything is ready stack all ingredients together... First add slices of zucchinis then top with the sauce and repeat until everything is used. Bake around 15min at 200°C. Bon apetit!

Place the pitted dates, with the almond butter, coconut cream and coconut oil in a high-speed blender (or food processor) and blend for 1-2 minutes until very smooth. You want the thick pieces to be gone and the dough to be very smooth. Add the salt and blend again. 2. Transfer into a lined brownie tin (8”/20cm) and press down with a spatula. 3.
