3-Kick Butterfly Slow in which the swimmer’s arms enter the water and the swimmer submerges, does one unhurried kick while keeping the hands out front, and then when ready, initiates the next stroke. This is a good drill for focusing on the initial pull phase.
3.5 years post transplant & 2nd World Transplant Games. Came home with 6 medals (4 silver, 2 bronze) out of 6 races. Happy to say I improved all my times from Spain. Who knew that the sport I have always had a love/hate relationship with and burned out on in high school would bring me full circle in life; and push me to be the healthiest me I have been in my entire life. Forever thankful to the anonymous angel whose lungs I have breathing inside of me 😇 Be a hero- #donatelife ♻️
