So many women that have never exercised avoid going to a gym or even a public park to workout out out of Fear of being judged . or sometimes just feeling overwhelmed of not knowing where to start! .  If you are in that place of your fitness journey the beginning and feel a little lost... it’s okay, I’ve been doing this work for over 6 years and today i had that moment. .  I went into my studio without a plan, i just knew I had 25 minutes before the kids got out from school... this is my go to routine when i have those moments . 1 minute cardio, . 1 minute resistance (you can use your own body weight for the resistance part you don’t need the TRX or any other gym equipment) .  You may choose 4 or 5 different moves alternating the resistance training and cardio. Repeat it 5 or 6 times 1 or 2 minutes rest and go again. It’s a great 20 to 24 minute effective workout that will give you results! Don’t let the fear or feeling overwhelmed stop you.
