Hope you’re all having a great start to the week!! After a weekend of unplugging and being in nature, I feel relaxed and refreshed~~ I also feel suuuper itchy from allllll da mosquito bites. Anyway, I’m savouring the rest of summer by adding peaches to my breakfast lunch n dinner 🍑 〰 PEACHES N CREAM toast: plain Greek yogurt, fresh peaches, crushed almonds, cinnamon, hemp/chia seeds and honey on @stonemillbakehouse bread 🤤
《BROCCOLI PESTO PASTA🥦》 . Where has our summer gone?!🤔 Today I prepared a summery quick lunch for us 🌤 - broccoli pesto mixed with fusilli pasta, chargrilled chicken and some chopped tomatoes! 🍅 . This lunch took around 20 mins to prepare and cook, quick and simple always wins the race!
this is what I call Monday marinara meatball madness🔥 is anyone else tired of spending so much money eating out, like me? well this past month, I’ve eaten out for almost every meal while at work. while I kept telling myself I would stop and this would be the week where I would finally meal prep, it never actually happened... until yesterday! I made a @traderjoes haul and got some groceries to put together this bowl: @eatbanza chickpea pasta with @traderjoes marinara sauce, homemade turmeric & lemon basil turkey meatballs + chopped up fresh basil to garnish👌🏼 it only took about 30 minutes to put together and made enough food for 3 days worth of lunches! 😉
