Ya girl turned 32 on Tuesday! #gettingold . . . I honestly love my 30’s... 20 year old me would likely be appalled by that statement, but I just do. I’m so much more sure of myself now. Other people’s nonsense no longer bothers me. I judge less and accept more. I have real conviction in my beliefs and don’t bend to fit a mould to please others. I work towards goals that interest me, rather than thinking it might make people like me more. It’s an empowering thing to have a real understanding of your direction in life and know that it’s purely towards your own happiness, and not an preconceived ideal. I spent a lot of time looking for approval in my 20’s. I wish I knew I never needed it. I followed the crowd, when I now know they were all just as lost as me. I changed to suit others, while they suited themselves and I tried too hard to help people who, I now realise, needed to be left to help themselves. It’s funny how much perspective you have looking back, but you’d never have gained that level of clarity without learning the hard way. I’m a very happy, content, kind and intelligent adult. I think I owe a lot of that to a very different version of myself 10 years ago. I guess this is what they call being a “grown up”! 😜 . . . Happy Sunday babes! Då var det dags för ben igen 😅 Ensam i gymmet så passade på å filma alla set för att testa vid vilken vikt jag når teknisk failure i marklyft å knäböj 🤔 Blev 82.5kg i Mark innan jag började tappa ryggen och 75kg i knäböj innan det blev lite ostadigt 🤔 Så nu har jag mitt styrkelyft total jag klarar med ren teknik och kan börja jobba på att höja alla 3 utan att kompromissa teknik och dra på mig skador 💪😊 Första delmålet blir kroppsvikt i alla 3, så 85kg i bänk, mark och knäböj med perfekt teknik. Eftersom bänken är längst ifrån så är ju fokus på den given 🙈  Bjuder även en bild på mina bästa grejer till gymmet för nu 😍  1.Bra skor som är platta och stabila  2.Knävarmare som stabiliserar mer än man kan tro, speciellt om man haft problem 3. Handskar för mina händer är redan sletna från jobbet och vill inte skada dom mer  4. En vassleshake är ju ett måste 🤤 Inte för anaboliska fönstret men för att det är gott, billigt, smidigt och nyttigt 💪👍

◾Dynamic Effort Lower Body – Full Workout◾  This week I decided to share one of my workouts.  As it is a dynamic effort lower body workout the main focus is on speed squats and deadlifts and then accessory exercises that work the main muscles used for these lifts (Glutes, hamstrings, quads & lats).
