🌻 RECIPE: PORK TACOS • Need some inspiration for a delicious low calorie dinner that is still high in protein? • Give these Pork Tacos a try and let us know what you think! • PORK & CABBAGE TACOS Serves 4 • INGREDIENTS For Pork: - 500g Lean Pork Mince - 1 Brown Onion - 2 Garlic Cloves, crushed - 2 teaspoons Mexican Seasoning - Salt & Pepper For Tacos: - 1/4 cabbage, big leaves for tacos  For Stir-fried Veg: - 2 large Carrots, finely sliced - 5-10 Snow Peas - Leftover Cabbage (small leaves) • METHOD For the pork: Slice onion and garlic and fry until golden. Add lean pork mince and turn the heat up to high.  Add seasoning, salt and pepper. Stir until cooked through. • For the veg:  Slice the cabbage and carrots finely and fry in a separate pan until soft (about 5 min) then add the snow peas, add 2 tablespoons of water and cover the pan with a lid and cook for 2 more minutes. • To serve:  Place the cabbage leave on plate and top with vegetables then meat and enjoy! • NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION: Per Serve: Calories: 260 Protein = 30g Carbs = 20g Fat = 8g

Все,все без паники, публикую рецепт и сохраняю в актуальном.Этот Шоколадный медовик приготовлен на основе моего любимого рецепта классического медового торта, который очень многим полюбился. В принципе вы можете приготовить его в классическом варианте, убрав какао и добавив муки на 20 гр. больше. Как всегда фото не нравится😭Но «не замуж же выдавать», так что пульну таки в свет😆  Состав: Для коржей: 330 гр. муки 200 гр. сахара 4 ст.л. какао 3 яйца 100 гр. сливочного масла 70 гр. меда 1,5 ч.л. соды (без горки)  Для крема: Крем для пропитки: 300 гр. сливок 33-35%, 100 гр. маскарпоне или сливочного сыра «Каймак», 80 гр. сахарной пудры 2 ч.л. ванильного сахара  Крем для выравнивания: 200 гр сливок 33-35%, 150 гр  маскарпоне или сливочного сыра «Каймак», 50 гр. сахарной пудры, 1 ч.л. ванильного сахара  Приготовление: Делаем коржи: Муку и какао просеиваем в отдельной емкости, яйца отдельно перемешиваем вилкой. В железной кастрюле соединяем сахар, мед и масло, ставим на маленький огонь. In a bowl, combine the rice, white sesame seeds, and 2, make rice balls, and wrap them with strips of thin omelet. 4. Remove the seed from the umeboshi and chop it up into a paste. 5. Sweetness from the caramelized figs; tangyiness from the oozing goat cheese, an aromatic bitterness from the zaatar, and a delicious sour note from the green olives. Divine.  Swipe😍  Recipe:  Makes 2 (25 x 32cm )  For the dough All purpose flour  5 cups  yeast 1 tbsp fine sea salt 1 tsp Sugar 2 tsp water, lukewarm about 11/2 cup or more olive oil  3/4 cup  For the topping ripe figs, cut in quarters  soft goat cheese , torn into pieces fresh rosemary needles or fresh thyme leaves, a small handful flaky sea salt Pitted green olives  For the dough: Combine the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook. Add the lukewarm water and half the olive oil  and knead on medium-high speed for a few minutes until well combined.  If the dough is sticky, add more flour.  Transfer the dough to the countertop and continue kneading and punching  down with the hands for about  until you have a smooth and elastic ball of dough.  Place the dough back in the mixer bowl, cover with a  towel, and let rise in a warm place  for about 60 minutes or until doubled in size.  When the dough has doubled in size, punch it down, take it out of the bowl, and knead for 1 minute.  Using your hands, stretch and spread the dough on the prepared baking sheet.  Cover with a  towel and let rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes or until puffy.  Preheat the oven to 220°C / 425°F  Using  your finger, punch  holes into the surface of the dough. Pour the remaining olive oil over the dough and into the holes. Spread the olives and figs (cut side up) over the focaccia and push them gently into the dough. Sprinkle with the the goat cheese pieces, rosemary or thyme, and a little flaky sea salt.
