Smashed out PWR shoulders & abs at home. Not to be confused with PWR at Home. 🤪 I was able to do the gym version at home thanks to my new PWR bench 🤗 (that’s not really what it’s called but that’s what I’ve named it 😆). The only thing I had to modify was cable crunches (and y’all know I don’t like those anyways 😏). I did bent and straight leg raises instead. Also in love with my new @fabletics set. 😍 Happy FriYAY! 💪🏻

Good morning! Starting the day out on the right foot. Did PWR week 2 Legs and Abs followed by 30 minutes of 15% incline walking on the treadmill. Still watching Orange is the New Black and loving it! Makes me look forward to those walks. 🤣 Best part of my workout was the aromatherapy scented cold towel at the end. Pure heaven! 😍 Yummy breakfast of steel cut oats topped with blueberries and walnuts and plain greek yogurt with a drizzle of local honey (made on site!) and a tiny bit of toasted coconut and sliced almonds. Enjoyed the same breakfast yesterday and it kept me full and content for hours!
I finished #pwr 2.0 today with Shoulders & Abs!! I started doing HIIT twice a week for 15 mins with #pwrnation, but I listened to my body today and only did 7 mins. I have really been pushing myself the last two weeks and increasing my weight in almost all of the exercises, so I haven’t been able to push myself with cardio. I can tell my body needs a rest. I haven’t taken a rest week since starting #pwr. So next week, I am either going to rest completely or do a couple of the full body challenges and some light cardio. Hubs and I are loving our latest @dailyharvest delivery! Were actually bickering over who “calls” what in the freezer 😂. They are just so delicious, handy and EASY!
