Swipe to see progress: So I’ve been absent for several weeks and it is exactly what you are thinking. Yes, we are expecting a baby due in February 2020. Pregnancy after 30 is no joke. More nausea, more fatigue and the lack of motivation has been horrible. This is my progress over the past few weeks with my last picture on Tuesday. I’m very worried about my right leg but my doctor and I are in constant communication and I trust him to care for me the best he can. Ive been super MIA from socially media and being social in general lately, but that’s because I was studying for my @acefitness certified Health Coach exam! . ๐ŸŒŸFIT HACKS๐ŸŒŸ . . Being creative is MY FAVORITE! ๐Ÿค— And when you workout from home it really comes in handy. Say for instance an exercise requires sliders or TRX straps and you don’t have any. What are you to do? ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผ‍โ™€๏ธ Find a smooth surface and anything that will allow you to slide! I’ve been using a towel for a lot of exercises that require a swinging or sliding motion and for the most part it does the trick.
