POST PARTUM BOD 🙌. •  I have spent so many years pre baby, looking in the mirrors and being unhappy with the reflection. There are still days now after him that I'm unsure if I like what I'm seeing. I still poke at my belly, and scoul at my thighs. But then I remember something, this body has done an amazing thing, it created and carried a beautiful (slightly biased here) baby. It created a new life. And that little human doesn't give to poonami's about what your body looks like. As long as you can smother your tiny humans in love, cuddles and kisses (bless their squishy faces) then that's all your body needs to do. So to all my mumma friends who are still poking at their mum tums, struggled to lose the baby weight and now have teenagers, or mummy's who spend money on every fad to reduce those tiger stripes - we're all mega humans and our body's are the most amazing things ever. 2 years ago I started this "thing"... Truth: I'm not and won’t always be excited to workout. . Some days I have to drag myself through my whole workout, and some days, they are the EXACT mental escape I need! . 💤 A newborn baby can typically happily stay awake for a maximum of 45 minutes. When a newborn is awake much past this wakeful window, it becomes more difficult to get your baby to settle.Try putting your newborn baby down for their 1st nap of the day after 45 minutes. Swaddle, turn up the white noise, and watch what happens! 💤
