Momentarily Aligned, 2019, charcoal, acrylic, mushroom spores and maggots on Canford Cardstock. The recent reworking of this piece was in part due to.... 1. Some great conversations I had over the Summer with Rebecca Nava and Prince Lang. 2. Coincidence(or not) of a million mushrooms popping up in my yard this early rainy summer just as I was looking at a lot of Hieronymus Bosch, listening to Paul Samets and Purple Mountains...RIP David Berman.#charcoalpaintings#charcoaldrawing#mushroom prints#mushrooms#David Berman#paulstamets#contemporaydrawing#beautifulbizarremagazine#beautifulbizarre#nitramcharcoal

≎ What an honor it was to share space and learn all about mushrooms and their healing properties with legendary @paulstamets What he is working on is beyond me. ⚘ From patents to eliminate Monsanto, to saving the bees, climate change and carbon storing, cleaning up oil spills, and curing major diseases ~ he is fully dedicated to bring this medicine into the world. This is our tray from what Paul called a very successful 🍄 scavenge. ⚡︎ Can you name a few ? Thanks Mama P and Lena bean for making this happen. ♡
King Bolete - Boletus edulis (what a fucking regal name for this big boy) My first image of this heavily sought after edible mushrooms. Also called Porcini which means 'piglets' in Italian which I thought was cute 🍄🐷👸
🔬 We build formulas based on research. We aren’t hopping on the new fad or latest coolest ingredients. We use potent ingredients that have been used for centuries. There are some solid PubMed studies on Lions Mane, Cordyceps, and Reishi (Ganoderma) 🐒 Our ancestors have been using them forever to help them adapt to stress and fight fatigue! If you haven’t tried adaptogenic mushrooms like #lionsmane#reishi or #cordyceps this is the perfect formula for you! They are not a stimulant like caffeine so they can be taken anytime of the day. 🍄 🤼♀️ I first started using cordyceps years ago when I heard that it can increase your cardio. I took 500mg before a Jiu Jitsu class and had insane endurance. I took many different adaptogenic compounds for training and I have combined the highest quality sources of the most effective and researched ones into this formula for you! ✨ scmedicinals.com #shroomtech#kettlebells#chaga#reishi#paulstamets#workoutcardio#ketoworkout#ketofit#ketogenic#adaptogens#cbd

Another pic of Boletus smithii from the other day. So fucking majestic I love the pink on the stipe. The hymenophore blues faintly when poked which typically means its inedible but I did some research and boletus smithii is reported to be edible.
