Sometimes life throws a surprise in there...like your five year old throwing up suddenly on the way to preschool. I am pretty good with those moments(and smells), my hubby not so much. Thankfully there are ways to get that 🤢🤢🤢smell out of the car without a full expensive car wash or those hideous smelling odor absorbers. I used some bicarb(baking soda), Seedlings wipes, Thieves cleaner and Purification EO to sort the back seat out. Five year old is resting and asking for a cupcake now😳🤦🏻♀️. More details in my story👆🏻👆🏻.
There is chocolate on his face, his hair is a mess 🤪 and I feel like this is a perfect representation of how the last few days have been. . We often talk about growth spurts with babies and milestones and leaps but they don’t stop after 12 months! This kid has been testing my patience the last few days *lord be near* and while I have lovingly tried to keep in, I realised the amount of relentless provocation we get as parents and we just gotta hold it together 🙈 . Growth spurts look very different as they get older too. When they are babies they sleep or feed more but as ‘big kids’ or at least this one - he sleeps less and definitely does some left field things #butwhytho . Do you notice growth spurts with your kids and how do you survive? No wine 🍷 over here right now 😭 because 🤰 #pregnancyproblems

OH THIEVES 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Boosting Immunity This is without a doubt the oil our household can’t live without especially as Autumn and winter just around the corner. Thieves essential oil is a powerful combination of Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus Radiata, and Rosemary essential oils for an aromatic blend that fills any space with a rich, spicy aroma and has many benefits for healthy kids and clean homes. We love to apply Thieves Oil to our feet as part of our morning routine and other oils designed for a happier, healthier family. 🌟 I make thieves rollers up using lemon, frankincense and thieves (all in the starter kit which is amazing) its like wearing armour against life’s pesky germs 💪🏻 🦠 🌟 Thieves is also a vitality oil which can be indigested. When I’m feeling something coming on a have Thieves Tea (check out my posts for the recipe!) 🌟 My all time favourite diffuser blend is orange and thieves, smells like Christmas ah supports our bodies - win win situation! 👍🏻 💡 So why are we rubbing Thieves Essential Oil on our feet, putting it in our diffusers, and using it in our cleaners, sprays, detergents, and hand soaps? * Because the individual oils that make up this incredible blend have been studied successfully for their ability to inhibit even the growth of multidrug resistant bacteria. * The biggest and ugliest stuff that just keeps growing even when hit with the strongest drugs and chemicals? It apparently runs SCARED from these oils. * Putting it in every product we can so that we have the maximum fighting power at work on behalf of our health. Consistency is the key so get rolling thieves today 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Also washing hands with Thieves hand soap and using the hand purifier when out and about is another great way at supporting your body against germs! Hands up who loves thieves!!!! PS THE KIT IS STILL ON SALE GRAB IT

My favorite thing to hoard. Empty oil bottles! There is still life left in these even though no more drops come out. But how? My favorite tips below! 1. Fill with water. Use water in your diffuser. 2. Take caps off, put in a jar of Epsom salt. The salt will soak up remaining oil. Use Epsom salt in a bath or as a laundry scent booster. 3. Fill with carrier oil, add a roller top and roll on topically. 4. Use at events so others can still smell! I love my little holder for these oils, as I add to it every month when we use up a bottle. Pretty soon I'm going to need a new holder. 🤣 What is your favorite way to use old oil bottles?

Who wears clothes? Do you use bedding and towels too? Do you wash the fabrics in your home? STOP!!!! The easiest and best place that you can Ditch and Switch is in the laundry room. Our fabrics are touching our skin nearly 24/7 and whatever detergent we’re washing them in is getting absorbed into our skin 😳 Be aware of Greenwashing and make sure to read the ingredients list. If you see the words Fragrance or Parfum put that bottle back on the shelf and keep looking. Swipe to see some major imposters when it comes to “safe” laundry detergents. What really irks me is the detergent labeled for babies and newborns! How can these companies get away with this? Why do people keep buying it?? The chemicals found under the label of “Fragrance” are known as hormone and endocrine disrupters...the body systems responsible for puberty, maturation, and fertility. Along with known carcinogens and neurotoxins. I don’t know about you but I want that crap as far away from me and my family as possible. And I haven’t even talked about Dryer Sheets...go google those for yourself.
How many chins is that? 🤔 Anyways, little grumpy goose here fell at daycare today and got a bump on his noggin. Pretty good bruise going but my #jillypresets don’t show it. Whipped out my Boo Boo DIY to help with the pain, swelling and bruising! Just posted the video to my story and will save in our highlights under DIY! . . . . . #momtotherescue
