Hustle and heart will set you apart.  Albert Einstein once said, “that if you want to live a happy life, tie it to a goal, not to people or things.” As I become more wise I am finding the truth within that statement. I can’t even begin to describe how important it is to set goals for yourself.  I was given an assignment this past weekend to focus on the things I’d like to accomplish in life, in my relationships, and in my wellness and health business. I was encouraged to focus on the good days, and the bad days, as it’s necessary to have a VISION to push through all of it.  As I sat and began to list everything that I’d like to achieve, create, give, have, do or experience in the next 20 years and I mean EVERYTHING! I literally got chills as I poured my heart, sweat and tears into my life goals. All too often we set these self deprecating limitations on ourselves. I’m not sure why, but I’m pretty sure it has way more to do with fear. I’m not only talking about fear of failure, but the fear that also comes with succeeding as well.  I absolutely love coaching and guiding my clients as they overcome fears. As they realize their full potential, and become more confident in their own fitness and nutrition. I love setting a plan into action and seeing their goals come to fruition.  By now, it should be no secret that I am passionate about health, fitness and wellness. I love that I’m able to LIVE MY PASSION and provide others with an exercise program that is not only time efficient, but fun and provides results. All while guiding others with proper nutrition without restrictions. Helping others find balance and discover the missing pieces to the puzzle. Would you believe me if I told you confidence is a choice & a feeling YOU CREATE?! Well, it’s true! Girl you create your own confidence. Confidence doesn’t always come when you loose the weight, drop sizes or feel you look better. YOU choose to be confident. The first picture was only a few days after giving birth to my sweet baby. I felt so confident that day even though I was hurting & didn’t recognize my body. Oh well, I was STILL CONFIDENT. I feel that same confidence today. It’s a feeling & a choice ladies, own that!!!❤️
#roughmorning! I officially had my last workout with my #personaltrainer before he leaves the profession and goes to school full time. I’m sad so i got myself a matcha green tea latte from @starbucks. I am so #grateful to have had him for the last 12 months. He was #dedicatedtomygoals and forced me to be #consistent and #accountable. He taught me a lot about #fitness and #nutrition. He literally took an hour of his own time at no charge to me to create a #mealplan for me and sent me a #newworkout every day of his vacation. He was instrumental in my #100lbweightloss.  Good #personaltrainers make all the difference in #weightlossgoals #healthgoals and #fitnessgoals. I am so sad to lose him as my #trainer and #coach but so happy for the next phase in his life. Now, I gotta figure out what to do about #personaltraining and #goingtothegym and #holdingmyselfaccountable for my #weightlosstransformationinprogress !! Отбросив в сторону утверждение, что всё индивидуально, на первое место я бы поставил именно «многоповторку». Причём её самый брутальный вариант, в режиме стрип-сетов или отдых-пауза.  Один из тренеров американских билдеров Пол Картер, предлагает для эффективной гипертрофии заканчивать тренировку 50-повторными «финишерами», то есть «добивающими» сетами. Идея состоит в максимальном «закислении» мышц метаболитами и, как следствие увеличении стресса для усиления условий гипертрофии мышечной клетки.  Однако более эффективно создать условия для рекрутинга большего количества видов мышечных волокон, что даст более высокую конверсию по итогу.
