This is the face of a girl who decided to go with her gut instinct, get over her fear of what people think and joined a ground floor (established but new to the US) company. Something more cost effective for herself & her family!! The fact that the product is beyond amazing quality was just an added bonus! She wondered what people would think or the reactions she would get. Failing was her greatest fear. This girl & her team have hit $10,000 in sales & 3 weeks is all it took to take this team to the next level. 🔥 Forget about the what everyone else says & do something for yourself! Set your goals high & don’t stop till you get to the top one! All you gotta do is jump in it with us!
Fam jam hangouts in @downtownptbo and at the @ptbofolkfest today! ☺️💛 But it's late and were watching #fellowshipofthering so I'll share more details tomorrow. Including the newest member of our zoo AND a very pretty pink plant. Hope you all had an amazing weekend!! 🌿🌿
Today was hard. Today was so, so hard. But I’m ending the day with my heart feeling at peace. I have a husband who loves me and a happy, healthy little boy. My circumstances are hard right now, but I can see blessings. Tonight I’m thankful for my husband, and my son, my savior, and the promise that this phase is temporary. This season is temporary. Right now, days are bleak. But this smile, this giggle, this little boy helps bring some sunshine. ☀️
Ok, can we talk about how amazing this Instagram community is?! Confession: I started this little Instagram to post as many pictures of my little without feeling like I was exhausting my friends with yet another picture of my kid. Unbeknownst to me, I quickly fell in love with networking and connecting with other moms and bloggers on here! Recently, we were lucky enough to connect with @kelseyhartell who we met at our favorite local farm #mapleacres for a gorgeous (and really hot 🤣) little shoot. Here’s the thing, isabelle can be super hard to photograph, im sure most toddlers are! But Isabelle had so much fun and loved chasing Kelsey with her camera and showing off the flowers she picked. We are dying to see the rest of these photos and are so lucky for this little community of squares to be able to find and connect with so many amazing people 📸💕
Yesterday, a friend asked me why I love having kids. I think I stumbled through an explanation of never knowing this depth of love before and how your whole world becomes about these little creatures and you don’t even mind because you love them more than anything else. And like. Ok. That’s all true. But then on the very long and traffic-jammed way home from Long Island to south Jersey, an excited little voice came from the back seat, “Mommy! Mommy! Look at all the stars, Mommy!” I looked back to see that she was pointing to the hundreds of lights lighting up the Verrazano bridge. And 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 is what I love about having kids. Their power to take a very ordinary thing and find the magic in it. Their ability to make any moment - even when you’re tired and covered in bug bites and cranky about traffic on the belt parkway - and make it a moment that you’ll cherish forever. It’s why the all late nights and dirty diapers and school board meetings and cold dinners and play dates and drop offs and early morning soccer games and dance recitals and art shows and doctors appointments are worth it and why we keep having kids. Because kids see magic in ordinary things. And maybe, most of all, because they just want to share all that magic with us. And because they do, we get to see the stars too.
I have a confession to make. . While I am absolutely loving this new program (it’s getting me out of bed earlier than ever) and getting AHH-MAZING results, I know this is not from the program alone. . Yes, I have been working out daily. Yes, I have been challenging my body with new moves. Yes, I am having fun and working hard. . But...these results are 100% due to me making the decision to dial in my nutrition. I exercised everyday this summer and didn’t see weight or inches lost. Even though I eat healthy most days, I was indulging more often in sweets and cocktails. And while those are fun to enjoy occasionally, I knew for these 100 days I wanted to work my hardest to get the best results I could get! . I’m sorry if you are thinking that results can be easy. That you can eat whatever and drink whatever and still see results. . There are NO quick fixes! I am working hard (for 20-30 minutes) everyday, but more importantly I am focusing on eating the best foods I can and nourishing my body so I can push hard in my workouts. . Yes I do help others get started with fitness programs that I love and have had success with. However, more importantly, I help others find health through nutrition. . If you are interested in hearing more about the nutrition plan that I follow (no workouts required unless you want to!), message me or tag me below and let’s chat! . I can’t promise it will be easy, but I can promise it will be worth it.💕
