When it is Chicken, it has to be tender and once it is ready; there’s no turning back! Learn how to make this juicy tender Roasted Lemon Garlic Chicken. . . INGREDIENTS • 10 Chicken Drumsticks skin removed • 1 large lemon juiced and zested • 1/4 cup olive oil • 2 teaspoons garlic powder • 2 teaspoons salt • 1/2 teaspoon pepper • 1 teaspoon paprika • 1 teaspoon dried oregano . . Instructions: . . Pat chicken dry and place into a 1-gallon Ziploc bag. In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken and seal the bag, squeezing out as much air as possible. Massage marinade into the chicken. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight. (If all you have is 30 minutes, that's fine - just remember the longer the marinade time, the more tender and juicy the chicken). . . When ready to cook, let chicken come to room temperature (about 20 minutes). Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Arrange chicken on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake, uncovered, for about 20-25 minutes. Flip chicken pieces and cook another 10 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temp of 165 F and is no longer pink. . . Serve immediately. . . #sweetstuff#sweetstuffgourmet#gourmetfood#buyonline#fastdelivery#freshfoods#internationalfood#worldfood#meatheals
I’ve dreamt of this DS203 hunt for many years. I’ve weighed the options of where to go, what equipment would be needed, and the physical and mental fortitude that would be required to accomplish it. When I read the winning results for the draw permit earlier this year, I couldn’t believe seeing my dads name within the list. I simply didn’t believe it would ever happen. I immediately started planning our trip. We took off on August 7th into the mountains with ~60 lb packs packed for 10 days. We spotted this ram on day 2 and for 6 days we watched him, patterned his behavior, and wrote out our plan. On August 14th, after mental ups and downs, we finally had the opportunity to make our stalk. On day 8 we retrieved our ram and got him to camp. On day 9 and 10, we hiked him the grueling miles out and back to civilization. I can’t even begin to explain how lucky I am to be able to have shared this hunt with my dad. He is a 57 y/o FUCKING BAD ASS to pull this hunt off. Not only did he/we endure the SHIT weather that was dealt to us, he packed out a dry weight of 80 lbs while I packed out a dry 120 for over 10 miles through some of the most rugged terrain of AK. It’s simple, sheep hunting is not for the weak. You either make it or you don’t. You either hate it or you love it. There isn’t a middle ground. It will bring out your strengths and your weaknesses, and it can teach you more about yourself and partner than you could imagine. Things went more than smooth. We were on the same page the whole time, and we are already looking forward to next season. And for tonight, we eat tenderloin. #livelikekade#sheephunting#meateater#sheephunter#dallsheep
Nothing like tossing a venison quarter over your shoulder ! Haha Joe Rogan status!🤙🏽😁 some shots of bobbys 3x2 blacktail from the friends nor-cal ranch! Story behind this and not having pics of Bobby with the buck before packing out is because of where this buck made it down to was way to thick with brush and walls of poison oak with me being some one that doesnt get it (have no clue why that is) we made the decision that Bobby and my dad would hang back up top well I dropped in and quartered the deer out after getting out of that hell hole 😂 and back up to my dad and Bobby we split the quarters up and started the haul back to camp ... Was one fun and crazy opener full of action and good times with great friends and hunting partners much thanks and appreciation to the Locke family for the opportunity and sharing such a beautiful and amazing place to hunt ive been going up to the ranch since I was 12 years old its one of the first places I started learning how to hunt and its a trip ive looked forward to every year ! Chicken - Should You Eat Them? I hear people talk about the health benefits of chicken. Those same people talk about why they eat chicken as opposed to other kinds of meats. Please review this list of ingredients that you should avoid eating or limit when making chicken a part of your meal. 1 - The chicken must be organic. The chickens should be walking around outside rather than being cooped up. In other words the chickens should spend time outdoors. 2 - Sodium (salt) should be limited because if you eat too much salt . How much salt is bad for you? Health authorities recommend between 1.5 to 2.3 grams of sodium per day. Government guidelines recommend that people consume less than 2,300 micrograms of sodium per day. This is about one teaspoon of salt. Raw chicken breast can contain as little as 50 to 75 milligrams of sodium per 4-ounce serving. 3 - Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) is what makes your favorite chicken sandwich addicting. MSG is a flavor-enhancer and excitotoxins that excites brain cells to death, increases food cravings and makes you eat more than you should. 4 - Sodium Aluminum Phosphate is a stabilizer additive that contains aluminum, linked to neurological problems, and on the Dirty Dozen Additive Watch list. 5 - A chicken coating includes enriched bleached wheat flour that is heavily processed and treated with bleach to quickly make it white. It has no nutritional value and is essentially dead food, so they enrich it with synthetic vitamins that are not from nature. 6 - Soybean Oil is one of the most unhealthy vegetable oils. Soybean oil is known to increase the risk of obesity, inflammation, cardiovascular disease, cancer and autoimmune diseases. It is most likely made from GMO soybeans, which have been shown to contain high levels of residues from the herbicide glyphosate. Glyphosate was deemed a probable carcinogen by the World Health Organization (WHO). To extract the oil, the soybeans are typically subjected to intensive chemical
Public service announcement from your friendly neighbourhood butcher, for my fellow hunters and meat eaters: If you’re not harvesting your flatiron steaks, petite tenders (teres major), or pallet steaks (subscapularis) you need to learn how, or come take the Butchery for Hunters Course this fall at SAIT and learn from me or one of my colleagues. These cuts are directly off the shoulder blade and are super tender & tasty, but often overlooked as tough cuts only suitable for stew or grind. Pictured is all three rubbed down with a #meateater cookbook coffee rub, about to be eaten as steak sandwiches for breakfast. . . . . #albertahunting#whitetail#whitetailhunting#muledeerhunting#muledeer#moosehunting#sheephunting#fueledbynature#meateater
Proverbs 6:16-19 16 These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: 17 A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, 18 An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, 19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren. Gospel of The Holy 12 As Jesus entered into a certain village he saw a young cat which had none to care for her, and she was hungry and cried unto him, and he took her up, and put her inside his garment, and she lay in his bosom. 8. And when he came into the village he set food and drink before the cat, and she ate and drank, and shewed thanks unto him. And he gave her unto one of his disciples, who was a widow, whose name was Lorenza, and she took care of her. 9. And some of the people said, This man careth for all creatures, are they his brothers and sisters that he should love them ? And he said unto them, Verily these are your fellow creatures of the great Household of God, yea, they are your brethren and sisters, having the same breath of life in the Eternal. 10. And whosoever careth for one of the least of these, and giveth it to eat and drink in its need, the same doeth it unto me, and whoso willingly suffereth one of these to be in want, and defendeth it not when evilly entreated, suffereth the evil as done unto me; ; for as ye have done in this life, so shall it be done unto you in the next life. Humans are born with God given compassion for others until a violent society conditions them to violence and brainwashes them to think that some lives just dont matter. Dont let the violent culture dictate your thinking, you wernt born with those beliefs and go against your God given concious. Your heart has always told you killing without necessity is wrong. If you wouldn't want your loved ones, pets at home or you go through what we do to other animals, why contribute to this evil if you dont need to?
