I start my new job on Monday so I've decided to start meal prepping. I made breakfast burritos with multigrain wraps, scrambled eggs, bacon, mushroom, cheese, spinach and avocado - rolled up and popped in the freezer - to be warmed up in the oven or microwaved in the mornings. I won't eat these every day so I'll also be making smoothies the night before work so I can grab and run in the morning if I need - especially if I hit the gym before work! I've prepped Red Curry and Tuscan meatballs for lunches, both with brown rice and lots of veges. I forgot to take photos of my prep success so check in next weekend & hopefully I will remember 😅 . . . Roll the cheese and hot dogs up tightly in the wrap. Place in a hot pan with Kerrygold salted butter and pan fry until all sides are crisped up. I mixed in some taco seasoning and then mixed in mozzarella. Crack in the eggs, cover, and cook for 4-5 min until whites of eggs have set. Here’s a breakdown of some common root vegetables for you:⁠⠀ .⁠⠀ Carrots- are a great source of vitamins A and K, as well as antioxidants like beta-carotene. Additionally, there are studies that link carrot consumption to lower cholesterol levels and improved antioxidant status. I like to eat carrots raw as a snack, but they’re also delicious steamed, roasted, & in stir-fries. ⁠⠀ .⁠⠀ Beets- These nutritious root veggies are packed with fiber, folate, and manganese. They’re also a good source of nitrates and may improve exercise performance and increase blood flow, but more research is needed. Beets are commonly roasted, pickled, or steamed; when preparing them just be careful to not stain anything with their bright colored juices🤪⁠⠀ .⁠⠀ Radish- are a great addition when you want an extra crunch to your meals or snacks. Peanut Butter Overnight Oats 💯  INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup rolled oats 3/4 cup almond milk 1 TBS chia seeds 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2 TBS peanut butter 1 TBS shredded coconut Sweetener of your choice, as desired (maple syrup, honey, etc.) Blueberries/raspberries, or any fruit of your choice  DIRECTIONS 1. In a glass jar, mix all the ingredients (except the berries) and stir until well-combined. 2. Refrigerate overnight. 3. The next morning, stir well, add the berries and enjoy!  VARIATIONS - Other flavours:  vanilla,  raspberry jam,  dried fruit and nut mix,  cocoa powder/chocolate chips. - Other fruits to add:  bananas, blackberries, pineapple, dried cranberries, mango.  STORAGE - You can store your overnight oats for up to 4-5 days.

😍BANANA BREAD peu calorique 👨‍🍳Enregistre ce post pour avoir la recette 👨‍🍳 • ✅Abonne toi à ma page @_fiit_boyy ➡️pour des conseils en musculation 🏋️‍♀️et en alimentation👨‍🍳✅. • Passons aux choses sérieuses : Les ingrédients et la méthode sont très simples, ce qui en fait un excellent choix pour un goûter / brunch ou dessert. •  Ajoutez tous vos ingrédients dans le mélangeur, faites cuire au four pendant que vous prenez votre douche ... vous serez alors renvoyé dans votre cuisine par un arôme paradisiaque et votre famille pensera que vous êtes un boulanger professionnel doté de capacités surhumaines! •  La recette convient pour 12 portions •  Ingrédients:  2 tasses de flocons d'avoine  1 cuillère à café de bicarbonate de soude  1/2 c. À soupe de sel  3 bananes mûres  1/4 tasse de miel ou de sirop d'érable  cannelle, vanille  2 cuillères à soupe de ghee, beurre ou huile fondu  1/4 tasse de pépites de chocolat •  Instructions:  Préchauffer le four à 180 degrés et tapisser un moule à pain. Good morning lovelies! Thinking of breakfast ideas? Have you heard of overnight oats? It's our fave!  Here's what we do:  Soak all together overnight the deliciously creamy Mornflake Organic Oats (60-80g), half a smashed up banana, a spoonful of the mind-blowing ManiLife Peanut butter (just the best peanut butter in the world, yes yes, fact!), a tablespoon of Naturya's nutrient dense chia seeds and Creative Nature's Raw super seeds in 3/4 cup of the deliciously nutty Rude Health's Organic Almond Milk, top with Abaca's organic linseeds for extra digestive healthiness, a sprinkle of True Ceylon Cinnamon to balance out those morning blood sugars and sweeten to taste with a touch of Maple Syrup if that tickles your fancy. Add chopped nuts, raw cacao, blueberries, strawberries, pumpkin seeds, your favourite protein powder... anything you like really!  It's an amazing choice of breakfast because the oats are soaked overnight which makes this a really easily digestable, slightly fermented and nutritiously bioavailable meal so it's a fab gut friendly option that can be prepared in advance for the week ahead in only a couple of minutes!
