I don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen preparing meals. A little bit of planning and prep goes a long way.  Chop up veggies for your weekly meals and lunches. Go ahead and roast some veggies to have on hand for a quick reheat.  When you plan a dinner plan for a little extra protein for another meal or lunches. Extra chicken or salmon to top off a salad or have with the veggies you roasted.  Right now I am making pancakes for breakfast. I always make extra for easy school morning breakfasts for my kids. Últimamente he visto algunas publicaciones hablando sobre el evitar algunas frutas o algún alimento en específico durante la etapa de definición o de perdida de grasa corporal, así que he decidido dar mi punto de vista respecto al tema. . . A estas alturas no es nada nuevo el conocer que lo que dictara qué perdamos o ganemos peso será el balance energético, es decir, el balance sobre las calorías ingeridas a través de los alimentos y las calorías gastadas o “quemadas” a través de nuestra actividad física. . . 🔋Balance energético negativo = déficit calórico = perdida de peso. . . 🔋Balance energético positivo = superávit calórico = ganancia de peso. . Sabiendo esto podemos estar seguros que lo que nos hará bajar de peso será el gastar más calorías de las que consumimos, y no directamente el dejar de consumir ciertos alimentos. . Ahora, el consumir alimentos con pocas calorías puede beneficiarte si tu objetivo es perder grasa, ¿por qué? . . ✅ Podrías comer un volumen mayor de comida por menos calorías. ✅ Mayor saciedad. ✅ Ayudaría a controlar el apetito. ✅ Podrías mantener por mucho más tiempo el déficit calórico . ⚠️PERO... esto no significa que no puedas incorporar a tu dieta alimentos con una densidad calórica mayor, como es el caso del plátano, porque como dije, lo que de verdad importará será el balance energético. . .
