Snickers keto Capa de almendras 1 taza de harina de almendras 1/4 taza de mantequilla de mani o almendras 100% natural  1 cda tagatosa (u otro endulzante)  Capa caramelo 1/2 taza de crema de leche 4 cdas de mantequilla con sal 2 cdas de tagatosa (yo le eche un poquito más porque me gusta bien dulce) 1/4 cdta de esencia de vainilla Mani a gusto  Capa de chocolate 90g de chocolate 85% (yo use una barrita de lindt 85%) 1/4 taza de crema de leche Endulzante a gusto  Para la capa de almendras, mezclamos todos los ingredientes hasta que sea una masa homogenea, luego ponemos en una fuente enmantequillada o con papel mantequilla. Dejar en el refrigerador a enfriar mientras hacemos la capa de caramelo. Para la capa de caramelo ponemos la mantequilla en un sarten profundo y la derretimos hasta que vaya agarrando un color caramelo (cuidado que se quema rapido!). Una vez que esta color caramelo agregamos la crema de leche, endulzante y la vainilla. Lo mantenemos en fuego medio hasta que se reduzca y tenga consistencia de leche condensada (recomiendo usar tagatosa porque la tagatosa carameliza asique les va a quedar con más textura a caramelo/caluga). Una vez reducido refrigerar hasta que este bien helado.  Para la capa de chocolate. En una fuente onda calentar la crema en el microondas (casi hirviendo). Una vez que la crema este bien caliente agregarle el chocolate y mezclar hasta que se derrita el chocolate completamente y se incorporen ambos. Agregar endulzante a elección.  Una vez que el caramelo esta frio, agregamos este sobre nuestra capa de almendras (aca le agregamos el maní si queremos) y sobre esta la capa de chocolate. Refrigerar hasta que se endurezcan y sea facil cortarlos en barritas.  A mi me dio para 14 barritas.  Info. GREEN BEAN ALMONDINE · an elegant (low carb) classic French dish of crisp-tender green beans coated in a simple sauce of butter, lemon juice, sautéed shallots, fresh garlic, and toasted almonds  INGREDIENTS: · 1 lb Fresh green beans, trimmed · 2 T salted or unsalted butter (you can use ghee or almond butter too) · 1/4 cup sliced almonds · 2 medium shallots, sliced thin or chopped · 2 medium garlic cloves, minced · zest of one small lemon (optional) · 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice · kosher salt · freshly ground black pepper  INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Season  water liberally with kosher salt  2. Blanch green beans 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until they are crisp-tender. It is important that the green beans be slightly undercooked as they will be transferred directly to the skillet and will continue cooking during this time  3. Meanwhile in a large skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat until lightly bubbling. Add sliced almonds, sauté, stirring frequently, 2-3 minutes. Reduce heat to low, add shallots and garlic. Sauté 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently, until fragrant and lightly caramelized.  4. Using tongs, transfer beans directly to the skillet. Sauté 1-2 minutes, tossing beans with almond mixture until beans are tender. Add lemon zest, and lemon juice, toss once again, season to taste with salt and pepper.
