THIS👏🏼DINNER👏🏼WAS👏🏼BOMB! I had Sockeye Alaskan Salmon from @butcher_box topped with @redmondrealsalt Organic Lemon Pepper, asparagus sprayed with coconut oil, topped with salt and pepper, and finally @greatlowcarb elbows made into a delicious macaroni. Holy yum. This was my first time trying Great Low Carb’s pasta and it was really good! It has a very similar texture to normal pasta. I cooked it like it said in the bag, drained it, and then added butter, heavy whipping cream, salt, pepper, and shredded cheddar cheese. My husband actually loved it, which is a big plus. He normally calls my food “diet” food but he didn’t say that once tonight. I would say that’s a win. What’d you have for dinner tonight?

Add the almond flour, egg, baking powder, seasonings and then whisk together. Dump into the sandwich container (or bowl/mug works). You can do it in a mug for an English muffin or in a square container for "bread shape" . It is best toasted before using as it's super soft and squishy after cooking. Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds. Take out of the microwave and let cool 20 seconds. | struggled with major weight | fluctuations ever since my first pregnancy back in 2009 . Before I got pregnant was 119 lbs . At the end of that pregnancy I was 175 lbs . About 2 months after giving birth managed to get back down to 120 Ibs but it was short lived . 2 years later , within about 3 months my weight skyrocketed from 120 Ibs to 170 lbs ! ! ! That was the summer of 2012. Between 2012 and 2016 my weight just kept fluctuating between 175-190 lbs. I ended up getting engaged and wanted to lose weight for the wedding. I started at 190 lbs and By the date of my wedding I managed to get down to 165 lbs. Another #omad today and 23 hour fast. I love a meat bowl. 🤣 I don’t know what else to call this, 3 eggs cooked in butter over medium, 3 oz of ground beef, couple slices of salami, ham, Colby jack cheese and a tbsp of cream cheese. Delicious! A very low carb day but all that good fat will fill me up. Onto another 23 hour fast tomorrow. 🤞 If I can make it. We shall see. What’s everyone else eating today?
