The importance of P L A Y! ⠀⠀ When is the last time you took time away from work, the daily stresses of life and just played? ⠀⠀ My husband and I are annual pass-holders to @disneyland and we love the chance to get away (and ride the new Star Wars rides). Having this time to have fun together without talking about work is so beneficial to both our relationship and our mental health! ⠀⠀ It is incredible what something as simple as setting time to “play” can have on our emotional well being. ⠀⠀ I encourage you to add this routine into your daily practice, when you do, I would love to hear how you witness yourself evolving into more joyful rhythms.
