Beat for 15 seconds on Low. Add the lemon juice and vanilla extract. Beat for 15 seconds on Low. Add the cheesecake batter to the crust. Bake the cheesecake for 30-35 minutes. The center should be wobbly and the edges should be golden. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and set it out on a counter until it reaches room temperature. About 20 minutes. Once cool, place in the refrigerator overnight. Remove the cake from the fridge.Loosen the edges of the cheesecake with a butter knife. Push up on the bottom of the pan to remove. Slice the

Stocked up my own kryptonite... I’ve been doing a regular weekly “feast day” ever since i started my diet. Yup, even before i started my keto journey, i have been on these weekly unplanned meals. Although before, i would literally eat everything to the point that i feel like my stomach could literally burst out because i have this constant craving that i cannot satisfy with just one meal. It turned out that, sugar is the culprit for this. The more i have it, the more in as gonna crave for it. But now everything has changed, all thanks to this #ketodiet and the new mindset that i still am learning. On my “feast day”, i will eat until im full. I get in line with my hunger, whether or not i should more or not. It truly is amazing, how i can get in touch with my own body now. Anyway, although these bars are sweets, they are keto-friendly but are still my kryptonite since i can eat all these 3 bars in just one sitting. I know! Thats how a big sweet tooth i am! People.....I present to you, the Chaffle.  This baby has been popping up all over my Keto Instagram pages since @ketomadman first introduced it.  His OG version is like a delicious, crispy cheese omelette. 2 eggs 1 c shredded cheese (your choice) Cook on a hot waffle iron  I wanted a little more “bread-like” consistency so I added a few ingredients and HOLY CRAP PEOPLE!!!
