5 Bean Soup! I hadn't made this soup in forever and had forgotten how tasty it is! It's a little spicy and tomato-y (is that a word?) and full of flavor. Plus it's a cinch to make and low carb! It makes about 6 servings at about 7 to 8 net carbs per serving. Here's what you'll need: 1 pound ground beef 2 cans of cut green beans, drained 1 small can of tomato sauce, no salt added 1 can of whole green beans, drained (I have used french cut green beans too. You can use Italian style green beans but it will up the carb total a bit) 1 can 3 bean blend from Target, drained and rinsed (optional, the carbs I mentioned includes the beans) Onion powder Garlic powder Ground black pepper 1 @knorr tomato bullion 1 @knorr beef bullion 2 cartons of beef bone broth Brown the ground beef in a soup pot. After fully browned, add seasonings (I don't measure but I would say about 1 to 2 teaspoons of onion and garlic powder and about 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper). Add tomato sauce and cook the sauce in the meat mixture until you notice the color intensify to a deep red. Add tomato and beef bullions and mix until full combined. I usually crumble the bullion to help it combine faster. Add all the cans of beans and mix to combine. Add the broth and heat through. About 20 minutes.
