Getting in shape is about much more than looking your best. It's more about saving your life while improving your quality of life. There are so many health risks that we are more prone to when we live unhealthy lifestyles. The list above is a screenshot of the dangers that we put ourselves in just by carrying around too much weight. This list does not include all of the other diseases that can be caused by an unhealthy diet (I'll save that for another post). ▪ We owe it to ourselves, and to our loved ones to enjoy our time on this planet while living a vibrant life. We can make day-to-day tasks easier, have more energy to spend with family and friends, and truly live a life worth living all by making healthy choices. Exercising just 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week can lessen our risks for so many diseases that kill us! Let's get out there and get to work. We're worth the effort!
