You know it’s Sunday, when you run out of pots so a coffee mug turns into a planter 🌿☕️ AND came up with an easy hack for remembering plant names > (swipe) > place a chalk sticker on the bottom of the pot, writing the plant name so if you forget how to care for the baby, just look it up, if you switch out the plant, erase and replace! #happysunday#planttherapyisarealthing#honeyimsorry#ourhouseisajungle

This is what my kitchen looks like when it’s clean. 😊 So my #lezonlife post today is about my sex education experience when I was growing up. Some of you will recall that my sister and mother were pregnant at the same time and that my niece was born seven months before I, putting her one grade ahead of me in school. Then three years after that, another niece was born, and and it continued until my sister had five girls. My mother was an old 36 when I came along and we never really talked much, and we certainly never discussed sex. When I was in around fourth or fifth grade, my sister purchased the book, “How Babies Are Made”, and gave it to Carmen, my older niece (and soulmate). Carmen then showed me the book, because 1) she was traumatized and 2) we shared everything. Her younger sister would have been in second or third grade and wanted in on the action too. Being the mature, worldly women that we were, we happily read it to her with an air of superiority and new-found sexuality. You can see a couple of the pages from the book if you swipe. ➡️ This, and one week of sex education during sixth grade PE class, was all I got, which probably explains a lot. Going through puberty in my household was not easy, what with the mixture of a mentally ill, sexually repressed grandmother/mother combo and my primary teacher being my same-age niece, whose own education was a picture book that included passionate cartoony chickens. The funniest thing about that whole book experience was this: my younger niece running around for weeks afterward, ranting about spam and eggs. 😂
Picked up this metal mathematics case at an estate sale. I just loved the colors and the simple graphic. picked up two blank green cases as well and added a little #grimdesignco design work. Love how it turned out. My great granny had one of those awesome weltron space helmet radios. I always loved it. Not sure if we will list these or hang them as a triptych over the bed. Anyone have any idea what these cases were originally used for??
Sarah hard at work getting our stock prepped for photo time. We'd love to know what your bottleneck is? There will always be aspects of reselling they may be boring or time consuming and ultimately affecting the progress of the rest of the business. . Tell us your biggest bottleneck and ways you think you can spin it around to make your workflow more seamless??
Check out this vintage find! And by vintage I mean I waltzed into my moms room, and sifted this thing on out the closet like on “snatched” - which I’m sure my mom has a kitten sweatshirt too somewhere. Hey, I would too! The apple 🍎 doesn’t fall far from the tree on this one. I owe all my skills to that woman. Took Baby Girl & Bubbas to go see #disneyonice and would you believe Ashur watched? Yes, he did. Haniel got to see her fav. Moana & Elsa. And when you marry a thrifter you think “savings” so we went on 2$ day AND got 25% off our tickets, and we weasled Haniel on in like she’s still 2.... She’s going to be 2 for a long time 😂😂😂. How many parents still say your kids 12 at Golden Corral just to get the kids discount? 🤚🏼🤚🏼🤚🏼🤚🏼 #realtalk. #merica. . . . . #vintage#thrift#thriftfind#thrifted#twiceasnice#streetstyle#disney#vintagetees#thrifthaul#dustoflindenthrift#thrifty#thriftmom#momblog#blog#bloggermom#discoverunder10k#oklahomathrift#shopmycloset#poshcloset#ebay#howyouthrift#vintagefinds#momsthatthrift#streetwearfashion#tiredmomfashion#streetwearhype
