Paper towel on both sides -Season w. Salt & Pepper to taste -Heat nonstick pan on high heat -Add 1 Tablespoon of butter & 2 sprigs of fresh thyme to coat pan -Sear on high heat no more than one minute on each side! Remove from heat and serve right away! 😋
Meal planner for the week is up, as usual I’ll share recipes as I go along and my grocery haul when it arrives tomorrow morning! Lunches are sandwiches, snacks, leftovers and wraps. Snacks are fruit, veggies, yoghurt, nuts, cheese and crackers. I’m really looking forward to cooking the lamb in the slow cooker as per your suggestions! I like having my plan completed by Friday because if anything has come up during the week on the weekend I can plan around it. I also get my groceries delivered on Saturday morning so they are as fresh as possible for the beginning of the week. Do you meal plan at home? 💗
