They challenge different fitness parameters like: endurance, stability, co-ordination in multi-plane movements, core strength etc, to help you move efficiently and with good biomechanics. TRX Stability: involves core, quads, glutes & balancing 1. Single leg deadlift with pistol squat - 12reps x 2 sets 2. Reverse lung single leg hip thrust - 12 reps x 2sets 3. I've suffered with hay fever my entire life, it's been a drag this week, I now got some drugs to help me. Back to a happier me...😊 I've added just some of the food I had today, after burning just on 1000 calories I get to eat a shit load of food. Eating healthier means you can eat more, modify your food for healthier options. Who else loves to eat?
