Las mujeres cuando estamos en la face premenstrual estamos en la face de creatividad, de llevar a cabo lo imaginado, es el momento de crear arte. Y así es como ha salido este postre a la luz al que llevaba unas semanas dándole vueltas . Inspirado en las tartas y postres libaneses hechos con tahini y sabiendo que la crema de cacahuete me cae como una bomba nuclear en el estómago salió la idea de estos deliciosos bocados. El tahini que uso y que compro a granel en mi tienda favorita @thesourcebattersea esta tan bueno que te lo puedes comer a cucharadas. El resto de ingredientes también los he adquirido en esta tienda, porque hay que cuidar nuestras dos casas, nuestro cuerpo y nuestro planeta. Para la primera todos tenemos claro como, dándole alimentos reales, ejercitando, meditando, llevando una vida feliz.. Para la segunda casa hay quienes aún se pierden mucho pero para que te hagas una idea empieza por general menos basura (zerowaste) comer vegano, no comprar cosas que no necesites, usar la bicicleta en vez del coche, no malgastar agua, plantar árboles... . Toma nota y permítete cambiar ingredientes, si no estás en una dieta keto usa sirope de arroz u otro que tengas en casa, sustituye el tahini por mantequilla de cacahuete, almendra, avellana... usa de toppings cacahuetes o frutos secos picados... . BOCADITOS KETODELICIOUS *Base  2 cup tahini  1 cup harina de coco  1/4 cup aceite de coco 1 tsp stevia - Mezclar todos los ingredientes en un bowl hasta tener una crema homogénea y verter en el molde con papel vegetal. Guardar en la nevera mientras haces la cobertura de chocolate *Cobertura chocolate  1/3 cup Manteca cacao 1/3 cup cacao puro  3 tbsp leche de soja  1 tsp stevia  Pizca sal - Poner los ingredientes en un bowl al baño María, cuando estén en estado líquido y homogéneo sacar la base de la nevera y verter el chocolate por encima distribuyendo bien por todas partes. Dejar reposar un minuno y añadir los toppings. Por último deja reposar en la

Best thing about New England is the various PYO farms. And while the rest of the folks are all over the long anticipated apples, my son and I have ourselves a private PYO session in the raspberry area!  Fall raspberries are slightly different then the summer ones, and our favorite farm has two kinds in the fall. Golden raspberries are totally different in flavor, some remind a  little of honey. - 👉🥬 Keto Chipotle Chicken Lettuce Wraps + Cilantro Lime Sauce - by 📷 @cleanfoodcrush⠀thank  you so much 💓💓 .⠀ Makes about 4 servings ⠀ 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces⠀ fresh leaves of romaine, or butter lettuce⠀ 1 large avocado, diced⠀ 1/2 red onion, finely diced⠀ 2 Roma tomatoes, diced⠀ 2 Tbsps avocado oil, OR olive oil⠀ 1 Tbsp chipotle seasoning⠀ 1 tsp smoked paprika⠀ sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste⠀ ⠀ Cilantro Lime Sauce:⠀ 1 cup Greek yogurt⠀ a large handful of fresh cilantro leaves⠀ 2 Tbsps fresh lime juice⠀ 1/4 tsp ground cumin⠀ 1 fresh garlic clove, minced⠀ pinch of sea salt⠀ ⠀ Instructions⠀ In a Ziploc bag or large glass bowl combine chicken with oil, chipotle seasoning, paprika, sea salt, and pepper.
