When life gives you fruit, make RAINBOW FRUIT KEBABS 🍉🍍🍓🍑🍇 If you’re going to cut the fruit to serve in a bowl anyway, it doesn’t take much longer to put it on skewers. The key in my opinion is to cut the melon into bite size pieces so the it is easy to eat straight off the skewers. . Recipe To make Fruit Kebabs:  Cut assorted melons into bite size pieces, as close to the same size as possible.  Place the cut pieces on skewers following a pattern and book end the skewers with berries.  We used Cantaloupe, Watermelon, Honeydew, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries and grapes. . A carrot a day keeps PMS away🥕 . I used to get SO many PMS symptoms, especially cramps. These symptoms occur due to the imbalance of hormones before our lovely lady flow. . Carrots bind to excess estrogen and detoxify the body to aid in the rebalance of hormones. . I have so many ways I incorporate carrots into my diet but here is a carrot, orange and ginger juice (because my lovely lady flow is on the horizon 🤗).
Dinde épicée et galettes de légumes  INGRÉDIENTS / pour 1 personnes  1 cuillère à café d’huile d’olive  ½ cuillère à café de curcuma en poudre  ½ cuillère à café de paprika  ½ cuillère à café de piment en poudre  ½ cuillère à café de cumin en poudre  ½ cuillère à café de gingembre en poudre  Sel et poivre  150 g de blanc de dinde  150 g de galettes de légumes surgelées (type brocolis et légumes verts)  Graines au choix  PRÉPARATION  1Préparer la marinade : mélanger l’huile d’olive et toutes les épices. Saler et poivrer.  2Retirer les parties blanches du blanc de dinde puis le faire mariner quelques minutes ou toute une nuit dans le mélange huile d’olive-épices.  3Faire dorer dans une poêle chaque côté du blanc de dinde à feu moyen-vif puis baisser sur feu moyen et laisser cuire 10 à 12 minutes.  Déposer les galettes de légumes dans la poêle et faire cuire 5 à 7 minutes sur chaque face à feu moyen. Homemade crumbed wild caught pearch fillets 😍 these can be a little time consuming, but the end result is totally worth it! If you want to give these a go, this is what you’ll have to do:  1. Make up your crumb mixture using 3 parts almond meal, 1 part breadcrumb of your choice (I used panko crumbs this time, but have also used whole meal and rice crumbs on different occasions), a good pinch of salt and some dried Italian herbs. 2. Dust your fish fillets in some spelt flour and then pop them in an egg wash before crumbing in the almond meal mixture.  3. Place on a baking tray, lightly drizzle with some olive oil and bake at 180 until golden. It should take about 20 minutes or so.  4. Serve along side some veg or salad!

Chocolate Chia Pudding for the win! I was looking for something super tasty for breakfast and this definitely hit the spot. Topped with coconut yoghurt, pepitas, strawberries and a little dark chocolate this was incredibly delicious and kept me satisfied all day long. . Recipe serves 6 Ingredients: 2 cups coconut cream 2 tsp vanilla essence  3 tbsp cocoa powder 8 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp Erythritol, optional . Method: Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined. Allow to sit for 10 minutes then fill 6 serving jars. Cover and refrigerate overnight. POWER PORRIDGE 🔥💪🏻☀️🌿I had this for breakfast yesterday before my 9-hour shift and this kept me full for longer than my usual porridge!! This porridge packed with healthy fats, wholefood protein & fibre - made from a mix of oats, barley, rye, almonds, quinoa, amaranth, flaxseeds and a couple other wholesome ingredients to give a whooping 7.2g+ protein per serve ✨ — All you need to do is to cook 1/3 cup Power Porrij @_brookfarm_ with 2/3 cup milk of choice (I used Barista Coconut @australiasown to give a super creamy texture) until thick and creamy 💕 I also added a scoop of my fav Collagen Booster @globalnatureaus for some collagen boost! Sweet and sour Cashew chicken Stir Fry with zucchini noodles (the below recipe served 2 adults and 1 5yo child)  I totally made this up as I went along but it worked out so well! It’s delicious 🤤 ————- For the marinade 1/2 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar 1/4 Cup of puréed tomatoes 2 x tablespoon of Coconut Amino Sauce 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika  1 teaspoon of garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin 🌟 you could add some chilli 🌶 I avoided it due to my kids. . Mix all of the above together in a bowl and add your chopped up raw chicken. . 2 x chicken breasts  2 celery sticks chopped up  1/2 capsicum chopped up 1/4 Broccoli chopped 1/2 cup of cashew nuts  1 tablespoon of sesame seeds  2 x large Zucchini’s made into noodles . Method 👩‍🍳 Whilst your raw chicken sits in the marinade cook your vegetables in the fry pan with some coconut oil 👩‍🍳 once they are cooked to your liking place them to one side. 👨‍🍳 prepare your zucchini noodles ready to cook and put to one side 👩‍🍳 take the chicken out of the marinade and into the same pan (save the marinade leftover) 👩‍🍳 cook your chicken, add the vegetables back in, add your cashews and sesame seeds plus the rest of the marinade and mix together. 👩‍🍳 pour it all into a bowl and cover with foil. 👩‍🍳 add coconut oil to the same pan and toss your zucchini noodles around a few times then into your bowl. Top with the chicken and veg, sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and enjoy!
