I was a big sweet tooth some time back but not anymore but today I was craving something sweet after dinner. I wanted to have something tasty & healthy as well. I prepared this super tasty, super healthy sweet dish under 5 mins. "Oats malpua". For those who don't know about malpua, it is an indian dessert dish prepared using sweetened wheat mixture, which is deep fried in ghee & then soaked in sugar syrup & topped with dried fruits. On the other hand, my recipe was sugar free, fat free, high in fibre & protein. Ingredients: - 2 tbs roasted oats powder - 1.5 tbs sugar free whey protein - 2 tbs water - 1/2 tsp oil - 1 tbs organic honey - dried cherry & cranberries for dressing Method: Mix oats powder & protein powder, add water to make a thick paste (pancake consistency). Spread it on a hot pan & shallow fry it with little oil. Serve hot by spreading a tbs of honey & sprinkled berries of your choice. My experience of cleaning teeth with powder from fenugreek seed a few day ago I posted a video on my video on my YouTube channel "VIVEK JOSHI" on how to make teeth whiter and healthier using home remedies. In this video, I also talked about using fenugreek seed powder instead of chemical toothpaste. I myself use fenugreek seed powder for brushing my teeth and here is my experience: I take 1 or 2 pinches of the powder on my left hand and used a regular toothbrush (wet) to grind it on my teeth. we need 1 or a maximum of 2 pinches every day it make my teeth and whole mouth very soft and pleasant throughout tha day. And I want to continue to brush my teeth (for the first time in my life I had this feeling 😁😁) It makes almost the same foam as other chemical pastes, you just need to rub it in your teeth with a brush Finally, when we rinse our mouth, it gives a little a bitter aftertaste, but not very strong. I used to use it all my life, ordinary toothpaste therefore, when I switched to fenugreek powder, I did not feel as fresh as ordinary toothpaste gives because of the chemicals in it. So it was at the beginning, but after a few days everything became normal. In general, from my experience and result, I strongly recommend everyone to use it for a healthy and beautiful smile. Hey y’all, I’ve been struggling recently with this whole bulking thing. And I don’t think I ever thought I’d say that in my life. • I’ve not had an appetite for the like the past 2 weeks. I force fed myself for the beginning of it but I just got sick after a while. • So I’m not gonna be dumb about this. It’s not dedicated and honestly I can’t even really call it a cut, but I’m just gonna be intuitive about this. Basically, I’m gonna listen to my body. • It’s one thing to just eat more but it’s a whole nother thing to just eat when you aren’t hungry. So I’m just gonna increase my activity level once again.
