Meditation and sound healing from this morning! So many people are resistant to meditating and think it’s a sham. I was one of those people!!!! Let me tell you how WRONG I was. Every meditation doesn’t need to be full of peace and “zen”. Actually most of them are going to feel quite chaotic. Often times when we are resistant towards sitting with ourselves we feel a pressure to be perfect. It’s hard to sit with yourself when you might not be feeling the most grounded and centered. Guess what? It’s even harder moving and navigating life without moments with in yourself. You never truly hear the thoughts, ideas or feelings until you talk them through with YOURSELF. My practice started with literally just one minute. Now I go to group meditations that run for an hour and a half, and I could stay even longer. I found my path and use meditation to keep me on it. Salted Hot Chocolate Elixir on a cool morning 👌🏻 the number one reason why I’m excited for fall. Raw cacao, which is what gives our Salted Hot Chocolate its delicious chocolate flavour, is one of the BEST food sources of magnesium! Magnesium is a tricky mineral to get enough of these days, with much of our food supply lacking in it, and it’s an extremely common deficiency. They usually begin in early adulthood. . 📃There are several types:- . • migraine with aura – where there are specific warning signs just before the migraine begins, such as seeing flashing lights • migraine without aura – the most common type, where the migraine happens without the specific warning signs • migraine aura without headache, also known as silent migraine - . 📈Some people like myself have migraines up to several times a week but others only have a migraine occasionally. . 💊Simple painkillers, such as paracetamol or ibuprofen, can be effective for migraine. . 👩⚕️👨⚕️If you suffer from frequent migraines (on more than 5 days a month) you need to see a healthcare professional, as you may benefit from preventative treatment. . 😞Migraines can severely affect your quality of life and stop you carrying out your normal daily activities. My delicious and nutritious BANANA PANCAKE.. 😋 . 👉I used the following ingredients: 🔸️Half a Banana 🔸️15g Oats or protein powder 🔸️3 Egg white 🔸️Baking powder 🔸️Cinnamon 🔸️Berries, nuts, sesame seeds, honey . 1️⃣Blend all in a mixer or blender 2️⃣Pour about 2 to 3 spoonful of your mixture onto a frying pan.. make them into a circular shape, don't worry about making them look perfect.. 3️⃣ Stack all your pancakes up and top it up with all your delicious toppings.
