After a epic and huge win at Sunday league football ( we beat s second placed Brunswick Zebras 4 nil!!) Back to the gym for Traps Rear Delts And Biceps. I threw in some abdominal work too including a variation of the core work I do with my goalkeeper training at Elite Football although not exactly as I thought it might go! I jarred my wrist during the game coming out to punch clear a cross so I had a little trouble gripping the bar but you soldier on!! Could've done better on the single handed rear Delt fly but I'm trying to move more weight than I weigh!!! ENTRENAMIENTO DE ARQUEROS ADIUR 1ra div - Rosario Argentina - 1er video: Trabajamos la VELOCIDAD DE REACCION Y PERCEPCIÓN, donde nos encontramos con balones que el arquero no ve desde donde parten y hacia donde irá, hasta que pasa la lona que obstaculiza su visión. Por lo que debe asimilar la información lo más rápido posible y ejecutar el movimiento para tapar el balón. En algún caso trabajamos con una segunda pelota para estimular la rápida reincorporación 2do video:Trabajamos la COORDINACIÓN OCULO-MANUAL y la VELOCIDAD DE REACCION. En el primer caso es la habilidad que nos permite realizar actividades en las que utilizamos simultáneamente los ojos y las manos, Actividades en las que integramos simultáneamente la información que nos facilitan nuestros ojos, para guiar el movimiento de nuestras manos. Por eso trabajamos con 4 pelotas de tenis en el primer movimiento para estimular esta coordinación y luego reaccionar ante un balón que puede partir de cualquiera de los dos lados 1- utilizando una lona mojada 2- utilizando un pequeño desvío para simular un mal pique o un desvío previo.
