Monday’s workload🤣 I had a very tough time starting my day yesterday! Had to drag my self out of bed...make breakfast, lunches and off to an early appointments. Didn’t get back until after lunch.🤷🏻♀️New goal for this week is to get my workout done by 6am...well that didn’t happened and it set the tone for the entire day. I Finally got them done right before the hubby got home and after stalking IG & SP FB page for motivation and like always it worked. So, thank you @streetparkingmembers .🥰😘 .- ✅ Monday @streetparking WOD. It’s been awhile since I’ve done any wall walks. I did it, not the best looking but slowly getting that shoulder strength back. Some nose made it to the wall some ...ehhh😆. Didn’t think I’d get more than 4 rounds after runs 1...I was already dying🤣... “You could leave life right now. Let that determine what you do and say and think.” Those epic words from Marcus Aurelius have been in my head a lot lately. Losing my Dad has been one of the hardest things I have ever had to deal with. He was my hero and I will never be able to replace him. He was my “go to” when I felt lost and needed advice and he was always there to give me a kick to the rear when I needed it. Yes I will mourn his loss, but it’s more important to honor his life for I could “leave life right now”. He would of wanted me to continue to work hard and not take a day off, in fact he would probably been mad if he knew how many days off we spent with him in the hospital. Recently I discovered he has rowed over 2 million meters on his @concept2inc rower. One thing he would always tell me “you know you work out everyday and I can still kick your ass” so I decided to honor him with this little gem, I named it “Bob” 10 rounds: 10 calorie row, 10 burpees, 10 thrusters 75#. Want to give yourself a challenge and honor him with me, give that a shot. Hips, pelvis and cervical spine neutral. Keep your shoulders square to the anchor. Resist the urge to rotate for compensation (if you struggle with that, reduce the angle of resistance by walking your feet out). Is fitness a daunting task that you dread doing, or do you look forward to the challenge and endorphins? . I believe you have to find fitness that you love. It will make the sweat so much more enjoyable. Of course there are times I don’t want to workout, but I’ve found a love for movement of all kinds. . If you haven’t found your favorite workout, I encourage you to keep trying different types until you do. And if you have found it, what type of workout do you look forward to?

Kept my head down just work and rest didn’t look at the clock until 16:32 minutes in and knew I was going to PR at that moment so I bore down harder and held on to the bell for the entire last minute.
