Day 7 in the bag and wow what a day! My best so far. I am learning so much about fasting even my 3rd time round. My pain is easing, my mind is sharp, my energy great considering. That spring water is honestly the best thing about this place. I’m really loving this process and I can’t wait for the next 33 days. Even though I know eventually they are going to get brutal !! Bring it on baby !!

Aku tuh dulu kadang males makan buah salah satunya karena tiap makan mesti kupas2 buahnya dulu ato ga karna bosen ama rasanya. Makanya lbh milih ambil snack waktu laper wkwk😅  Buat kalian yg sama kyk aku, aku ada trik nih biar kalian lbh rajin makan buah tiap harinya : 1. Waktu beli buah, usahakan beli berbagai jenis buah, jangan cuma 1 jenis aja (apalagi kalo belinya banyak) ntar cepet bosen. Tiap buah kandungannya beda2, disitu kalian dpt berbagai nutrisi juga 2. Habis beli buah di rumah langsung dicuci2 trus potong2, masukan ke dalam wadah kedap udara dan simpan d kulkas. Nah jdi tiap pengen ngemil kalian bsa langsung ambil dan makan, ga repot potong2 tiap kali mau makan 😂 (khusus bagi yg males kyk aku) 3. Waktu motong buah, ukuran potongannya jangan trlalu gede2, misalnya apel ato mangga itu dipotongnya kotak2 kira2 2-3cm. Tujuannya si klo makan dgn ukuran kecil2 itu makannya ga cepet abis dan kita lbh puas ama rasanya yg tahan lama (mnurut aku✌) 4. Sebenernya makan buah terlalu banyak tiap hari jga ga baik, misalnya kalian mau jaga asupan karbohidrat atau lemak tdk berlebih, tapi makan semangka atau alpukat dlm jumlah banyak bukan pilihan yg tepat.. so, mnurutku sih kita perlu searching di internet ttg apa yg akan kita konsumsi supaya kebutuhan nutrisi kita ga kelebihan atau kekurangan juga.. Hehe maaf ya kalo kepanjangan 🙏 kalo kalian jg punya tips dan trik2 lain yuk2 komen di bawah😆

А я собственно о фрукто-сыроедах. Вы только представьте какой вред экономике страны, да что там страны - планеты - могут нанести эти субъекты особенно если их станет больше!  Во-первых, позакрываются мясные фермы, скотобойни, птицефабрики, химически-пищевые производства, кафе и рестораны, ликеро-водочные заводы.  Во-воторых, поскольку фруктоедение(по слухам) ведет к абсолютному здоровью: фармацевтическая промышленность рухнет, а также большинство мед учреждений окажутся ненужными.  3️⃣ Поскольку еду нет необходимости готовить - не нужны станут газовые и электрические плиты, духовки, большая часть посуды. И у людей появится больше времени, чтобы общаться друг с другом. (Наконец-то!) 4️⃣ снизится преступность на 1/3 раза, потому что по данным генпрокуратуры в России каждое третье преступление совершается на фоне алкогольного опьянения. Придётся снизить штат полиции 🛑 А это сколько же потерянных рабочих мест!!! 5️⃣ Начнется массовая миграция к экватору, поближе к теплу и свежей растительной пище - крах всех государств, перенаселение экваториального пояса земли.  6️⃣ Прошу

When you water fast you get your energy from nature’s elements. Water from the most natural source is full of negative ions to charge and energize the body. I am drinking from a natural spring in the mountains of Bali and I feel the difference in energy so much. Sunshine charges the body’s battery pack - the nervous system - and detoxes the body. Sunshine is so crucial when fasting and just in general. Clean fresh air feeds the body electricity and oxygen, feeding the blood and cells energy directly through the lungs. No shortage of that in the jungles of Bali. However even with all of these at my disposal I still succumb to tiredness, boredom, detox symptoms and sometimes it absolutely sucks. That’s where passion comes in. Passion is passing-ions in the body; when we are passionate we are creating energy and vitality. I am still working on projects (the film number one), reading interesting books (and total fictional escapism books) and when I am living passionately I don’t feel hungry, tired, bored or anything other then peaceful and focused. All of these make water fasting so much easier. It’s all about where you fast and how you fast. It’s not as hard as you think. Don’t be fooled though, it’s still bloody difficult 😅❤️
