Chanterelles foraged in the woods the other day fried in browned butter with half a garlic clove swirling around in it for a minute or so before the adding of two whisked eggs. A handful of spinach and a light grating of parmesan folded into its pocket just before serving. Thank you earth
Yesterday Mr Lovage and I foraged lots of seaweed. And soon we will prepare next growing seasons food plants beds, permaculture-style. I’m so excited! There’s definitely being made space for fennel, kale, and kohlrabi. What other edible plants do you think are “must grows”?
