INGREDIENTS: for the mousse 4 dl coconut milk (cold) 140 g dark chocolate 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 tbsp coconut sugar a pinch of salt for the cumble 130 g flour 2 tbsp cacao powder 2 tbsp coconut sugar 1/2 tsp salt 70 g soy butter (cold) for the ganache 120 g dark chocolate 50 g coconut milk a pinch of salt 70 g crushed hazelnuts METHOD 1. For the mousse, place chocolate, coconut oil and salt in a bowl and melt using a double boiler. 2. Place aside and let it cool. 3. Pour coconut milk in a bowl, add in sugar and whip until stiff peaks form. 4. Mix the whipped cream with the chocolate mixture until combined, place in the fridge for 2 hours. 5. For the crumble, place, flour, cacao powder, salt, sugar and butter in a bowl and work the butter into the flour and sugar until the mixture forms coarse crumbs. 6. Place the crumble on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake for 15-20 minutes or until gold brown. 7. For the ganache, place chocolate and salt in a bowl and cover with hot coconut milk, whisk until combined and set aside until firm. 8. An absolutely lovely visit to @erics_restaurant in Lindley, Huddersfield. The food smelt and tasted amazing. I had the first dish which was lamb (absolutely fab). Beef and broccoli stir fry 🥦  I could call it satay though it's not a traditional satay sauce. The important thing is that it's healthy, tasty and the family loves it. 🧡PASTA Z CZERWONEJ SOCZEWICY🧡 Nigdy nie byłam ogromną fanką soczewicy, zalegały mi w szafie dwa opakowania i musiałam je w końcu jakoś wykorzystać. Zainspirowana dziesiątkami przepisów z internetu stworzyłam coś, nieskromnie przyznając, totalnie czadowego!!!!! Łapcie przepis! ◾SKŁADNIKI: - 1 szklanka soczewicy czerwonej łupanej - około 10 pomidorów suszonych w zalewie - 1 łyżka soku z cytryny - 2-3 łyżki pasty tahini (można zastąpić olejem z zalewy) - 3 łyżki oleju z zalewy - kilka ząbków czosnku (wg uznania) - sól, pieprz i inne ulubione przyprawy (u mnie słodka papryka i bazylia) ◾SPOSÓB PRZYGOTOWANIA: Do wrzącej wody wsypujemy opłukaną soczewicę, zmniejszamy ogień i gotujemy przez około 8 minut, w międzyczasie zdejmując szumowinę. (Uwaga! Soczewicy nie solimy w trakcie gotowania, gdyż może zrobić się twarda. Jeśli nie macie łupanej, lecz w całości, gotujecie przez 13-14 minut) Soczewicę odsączamy i blendujemy z resztą składników na gładką masę. Jeśli pasta wyjdzie za gęsta, można dodać odrobinę wody lub oleju. PS kupiłam pomidory w zalewie z żurawiną, więc jej również dodałam do pasty - dodała fajnej, słodkiej nutki! Choc Black Rice Pudding 🍫🍚 ⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ This is by far one of my most kid-approved FODMAP friendly meals. It is also one of the easiest to digest, and is great served either warm or cold. Black rice is slowly making its way into mainstream supermarkets here in the West, despite being used frequently in traditional Asian cuisine.🇯🇵⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ Because of its dark colour, black rice bran contains the same anthocyanin antioxidants found in blueberries or blackberries. 😱 ⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ It also has a delicious gelatinous texture that makes it perfect for use in a range of sweet dishes. Put this in the fridge for a decadent chilled breakfast. 👌⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ Makes: 4-6 servings⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ Nourishing Ingredients 👇⁠⠀ • 1 cup short grain Black @forbiddenfoods rice⁠⠀ • 3 cups unsweetened @nuttybruce or homemade Almond Milk (I used some infused with @adunaworld cacao spice tea)⁠⠀ • ½ tsp Cinnamon ⁠⠀ • 1 pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt (this will bring out the choc flavour)⁠⠀ • ¼ cup pure Maple or Pureharvest rice malt Syrup • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder ⁠⠀ • Optional toppings: berries, cacao nibs, &/or vegan dark chocolate chips ⁠⠀ • Note: an extra drizzle of maple syrup is always a good idea ;) ⁠⠀ ⁠⠀ To create 👇⁠⠀ In a medium pot add the rice, almond milk, cinnamon, and sea salt ⁠⠀ Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, and place a lid on the pot⁠⠀ Cook for about an hour, or until the rice is tender – don’t be alarmed as your cooking water will turn black - you will need to stir the mixture every now and then to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot ⁠⠀ Once the rice is tender, remove the pot from the heat and stir in the maple syrup and cacao powder⁠⠀ Use your eyes as a guide - if the pudding is looking too thick you can thin it out with a little more almond milk ⁠⠀ Serve this dish warm or (my favourite) allow to cool before putting in the

Die Zeiten der gut belichteten, ästhetischen Urlaubsfotos ist vorbei 😁 Jetzt kommen langsam aber wieder die guten alten #nichtschönaberlecker Essensbilder für ein bisschen #foodinspiration 🤤 So, wie es eben bei mir auf dem Teller landet 🤷‍♀️ Wenn du wie ich nicht auf Fast Food und den guten alten Burger verzichten möchtest, hier vielleicht eine gesündere Alternative 😍 Beim Discounter gibt es mittlerweile so vorgegartes Pulled Chicken zu kaufen, das man nur noch in den Ofen schieben muss. Dazu habe ich die Burgerbrötchen selber gebacken nach meinem Rezept, das ich auch für die Frühstücksbrötchen verwende. Findest du im Profil als „Dinkel-Quark-Brötchen“ 😉 Dazu gab es statt normaler Pommes Kohlrabipommes. Hierfür einfach Kohlrabi stifteln und mit Gewürzen nach Wahl und etwas Öl im Ofen backen. Mit einer Heißluftfritteuse werden sie bestimmt noch besser 🤷‍♀️ für mich gab es als Belag noch BBQ Soße, Röstzwiebeln, Cheddar und Gürkchen.
