Beyond #dali !!! That look on my face when another day afforded me waking and coffee. I like coffee and a cigarette. Did the chores of course in 85 degree heat. K hit me up to go to gym. I like the gym even if it’s the only time ive been since way back when! So we went! We #pumpingiron ! Lol he wants to strike so I agreed if I’m blowing a wad on Sundays to learn to strike? I’ll gladly give that knowledge for free to any student that aspires to just be fit! That’s it! So we #shadowbox d! But he look is more about the instance of revelation I just had! I do so not belong here! As my fingers toil neglected and my heart simply yearns to paint and I think of Jack knowing we can never ever turn back! Which by the way was the groove I was just noodling. The moment was when it hit me... I drank ways the photographic memory and ability of total recall. No shit! Now I ask the self? Is it retrievable ? Intense Weight Plate Workout - Grabbed a 25 pound weight plate and crushed a 60 minute workout in the park.  1) 100 PUSHUPS- switching between standard and close hand on the plate every three reps1 2) 100 SQUATS AND CHEST THRUSTERS 3) 100 -UPS 4) 75 SIT UP TO STANDS 5) 100 CURLS TO TRICEPS EXTENSIONS- switching every 5 6) 150 WALKING LUNGES- holding the plate. *I ran out of time but was also going to do 100 RUSSIAN TWISTS! Kai had his second cross country race of the season this morning! Improving his time by almost 1 second and finishing 7th out of 92 boys on a harder course! So proud of him and his hard work!  I managed to get my run in before and made it to watch the start just in time. Happy that my plantar fasciitis is calming down and I was able to run 9 miles this morning pretty much pain free. Last time I had plantar fasciitis I did things differently like get a cortisone shot which made it all worse!
