Yesterday I made these awesome meatballs to go with our garden fresh tomato sauce and handmade ziti. •1lb farm fresh grass fed ground beef •1 farm fresh egg from happy chickens •Sprinkle of pulverized crusty bread to help bind it together •Salt, Garlic Powder & Crushed Red Pepper to your liking •1 drop each: Young Living Vitality Basil, Oregano, Black Pepper, Parsley Optional: Parmesan cheese, diced olives and/or diced pepperoni. Sage, Rosemary and Thyme Vitality oils are also great additions or substitutions! Cornstalks just harvested yesterday -- fresh and ready for your porch or lamp post! So there's no confusion -- Pick your own pumpkins does not begin until Saturday, September 21 but are open for shopping all week 10am - 5pm!
