يعتقد الكثير بأن نزول الوزن يكون دائماً تنازلي بمستوى ثابت،، وهذا الإشتباه خاطئ وان كان يجدي في بداية الأمر حيث سرعان ما يستعيد الجسم الوزن الذي تم خسارته في اول كبوة او كما يصح القول في اقرب فرصة تسمح له بذلك. طبيعيا نزول الوزن يكون بشكل متفاوت ما بين صعود ونزول الى ان يتأقلم الجسم على الوزن الجديد الذي تم الوصول اليه. كل ما عليك هو الصبر ثم الصبر ولا تستعجل في الوصول للنتيجة المرجوة.  So many people think that loosing weight should be constant in one line,, which is wrong,, even if it works at the beginning but later the body gains back the weight in the first chance of any stumble. Normally weight loss happens unevenly in ups and downs till the body gets used ( adapt) to the new weight that it has reached to. One of our latest "toy" at home. Preparing them for the outdoor camping adventure for upcoming Sept holiday thar i promised them.  Warm up run and try sleeping in the tent. It's pretty squeezy but the kids love it. 3 consecutive nights the kids sleep in the tent and beg for more. It helps you practicing control over the muscles that help you exhale.💥It's also a great strengthening drill for your exhalation muscles because you'll be breathing out against resistance. 💪🏻 . This not only increases midline stability, but it will also increase your energy as breathing is the essence of our day to day lives. 💯🥇 . 1️⃣ First, you need a small straw! 2️⃣ Then sit oder stand up nice and tall. 3️⃣ Put the straw between your lips. 4️⃣ Breathe into your nose for 3 seconds and 5️⃣ breathe out through the straw for 6 to 8 seconds.
