My Green Fuel for today! The breakfast dish from Andhra Pradesh/Telangana  is something I enjoy as it's filling and yea a whole lot of protein with flavour. One of the things I hear people often say is ' Being Gluten Free is difficult when it come to breakfast' . Well, for me thankfully with the options of Dosa (the many varieties), Appam, Idiyapppam, Idly, Pesarattu, Pathiri, Puttu, Rice Sevai upma, Akki roti, Papputtu, Nool Puttu, Neer Dosa, Utthappam, - I have never had much of a problem with whipping breakfast. Yes, ofcourse I know that most of the naturally gluten free South Indian breakfast dishes need a little preparation but half an hour of prep, the previous night is enough to whip up any of these dishes the next morning. Everything is dairy free, soy free and nut free and it is only the side dish/gravy/curry you have with it makes it vegetarian or non vegetarian. Yes I know there is nothing like the convenience of bread/puri/paratha but hey atleast we so many options. So for me breakfast is something I look forward too, I like a nice good hot breakfast which is packed with flavour. The pesarattu is great for days when you want a breakfast which is filling and need a protein boost.  All you need to do is soak  a cup of moong dal/mung beans and 2 tbsp of rice  for 4 to 7 hours, then add both into a grinder and grind with an inch of ginger, salt and 2 green chillies. If the batter is too thick add a little water, heat a dosa tawa or skillet. Pour the batter over the heated tawa, grease with ghee/oil and top it with onions, coriander leaves and cumin. Then flip it and cook the other side. Once the dosa is done, repeat the process for the next one. You should get about 10-12 dosa's . Serve it with any chutney you like. Repost by @raynboweats • • • ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣I was going to write a pun about Bread, but I thought y'all might find it Stale....so I'll keep it  Sweet and Savory 🤭⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I'm excited for tomorrow so I can make this again 🙌 seriously it was that good!💣👌⁣⁣ I love the concept of creating different textures and layers of flavor on 1 piece of bread, but not just any bread...it has to be sourdough 🍞 🙏 ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I usually toast my bread with 🥑 oil but today I went for butter. ⁣⁣ 1️⃣ Muddle a Garlic clove with salt into paste then add ½ avocado and mash. Fry the Nabulsi cheese (soft boil first) and add on top of 🥑. Using same pan on Med-hi 🔥 cook 🍅 in EVOO with a dash of garlic powder and Zaatar. ⁣⁣ 2️⃣ Mascarpone cheese, Apple butter, pistachios, 🐝 pollen, and Cinnamon🍎(sautee diced apples on Med-hi 🔥 in a bit of coconut oil, a dash of cinnamon and a sprinkle of brown sugar.
