Remember guys your dietary preference is not on your birth certificate or sewn on your clothes or hopefully not tattooed on your body! Food does not need a label, it is literally broken down into electrons to create cellular energy! Listen to your body and do what works for you! You are the CEO of your body and know your body better than anyone else! — — Having your own preference and values towards food with how it makes you feel emotionally, mentally and physically is important but let’s remember that everyone should be on the same team and not fighting each other, going round circles! — Additionally, there are other considerations: 👉🏼 While, it is important to recognise listen to your body but it should also be taken into consideration your nervous system, brain with what it perceives internally and externally from the environment! This will have a big effect on how you feel and food you wish to eat or seek! 👉🏼 If your indoors, under artificial light in air conditioning not seen natural sunlight from 8am - 8pm, it may influence a completely different adaptive and stimulating pathway to the CNS / brain which governs your overall behaviour! - 👉🏼 It’s commonly forgotten that food provided by Mother Nature has no label and was once dictated by your local environment! How this has drastically changed since industrialisation and technology is crazy, yet we continually do not question or quantify this! — Food for thought - let me know your thoughts . #ketogenic#ketosis#keto#ketodiet#ketogenicdiet#lowcarbhighfat#lchf#intermittentfasting#realfood#biohacking#lowcarb#highfat#eatfatlosefat#lowcarbdiet#atkinsdiet#lowcarbfood#ketogeniclifestyle#lowcarblife#lavkarbo#diet#fasting#ketoadapted#lowcarblifestyle#carnivore#plantbased#ketolifestyle#sugarfree#vegan#primal#paleo
