Swipe to see process videos on how I spray this radish! It’s really important to test color on crepe paper in order to know what will happen once you start spraying. For this breakfast radish I used @copic_official RV63 Begonia and R35 Coral.
Chicago Series | 531 E. 79th St. - I estimate this building is c. 1920s but I wasn’t able to locate a hard construction date and am notoriously bad at guessing. The Chatham neighborhood is full of beautifully ornate commercial buildings like this one. Swipe for closeup.
Did the part of reorganizing where you make a bigger mess in order to put everything back properly, and am now to the part where I’m avoiding putting everything back properly. Painting something that has nothing to do with anything is a great way to do that!
So today I wanted to tell a little more about the projekt Det vi skabte (What we created) that I do together with @kunsttypen💙 We started i january 2019 and every month Nynne writes 1-2 poems and I paint 1-2 paintings and then we send it to each other with old fashioned snail mail💌 So by now we have about 10 poems and 10 paintings, and I can’t remember what I have painted😀 What is really amazing we inspire each other eg. when something Nynne wrote is finding it’s way into one of my paintings months later.
Thanks for having me again, @westelmmke! I had such a great time & it was so wonderful to meet some new friends, including some of you guys officially in person. 💓 Thanks for coming out! ☀️ And I’m sure you can all spot some new paintings on that table... I have a whole new abstract collection to share! Keep am eye out. 👀
Of all the things you have to shop for when buying a new house, the dining table is one of the most important. A place where the entire family can gather together means this piece has to be right. [Tap to shop] the PETRAS DINING TABLE #myjasminerothstyle
Utensil holders, each made with about 950g of clay. I started trying to make these with 700g but soon found it left walls and base too thin and height a little short for their desired use. I've loved throwing these and found the larger form almost addictive to throw. It's a little riskier and more exciting to pull the walls ever taller while maintaining enough thickness in the base.
What do you guys think it is about thick yummy texture that is so satisfying? ✨ Thank you all for your love on my last post which was a video painting this piece with a vulnerable caption. I’ll be showing u guys this final painting tomorrow! 🤩 ✨ Inspiration for the day: "It takes time to build a business around something you love and are passionate about that pays for your lifestyle - trust your process, stay patient and understand that you have time." @garyvee
