PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED (and robbed)  Here we have a packet of regular granola and a packet of protein granola(so they say)  So the regular granola has 5.8g of protein per 50g and the protein granola has 7.8g of protein per 50g.  This means a HUGE increase of protein in the protein granola  All of ... Wait for it ... 2g!  But yet they are happy to  charge £1.03p more for the protein granola!  What I'm trying to say is please be careful when shopping if you 're maybe wanting to find foods that will help you hit your protein intake, more so for those aiming to build muscle.  CHECK YOUR LABELS!  don't be tricked into paying more for a measly 2g more protein which will hardly have an effect.  Hey, just call me Martin Lewis ๐Ÿ˜‰

Both have their benefits and both serve their purpose. - Free weights are great because they allow us to train in a functional manner where the strength we develop can be transferable to other aspects of our daily lives. They also are compound in nature and require a lot of core activation which means they have the most potential for gains. - Machines are much better for isolation of a muscle and strict hypertrophy training.
