We're going to start as we mean to go on, and its fair to say my first 1-1 client has smashed her 8 week block👏 Imogen has lost an amazing 8.8kg (1.3stone) and has dropped her body fat by 3.2%. She has managed to balance work and her social life with going to the gym, getting her steps in, training and has even had a spa day inbetween, which shows there are no excuses - you can have a busy life style and still lose weight! Imogen has been a dream to coach, as she is hard working and very determined. We used the flexible dieting approach which ment no foods were off limit! She was eating foods such as sour squirm sweets, refreshers, and haribo strawberries daily and still losing weight 👏  Imogen has pushed hard at our training sessions and improved her scores weekly. With this ‘Rejoice Wellness Sunday recipe’ make this week ‘Fun & Healthy Breakfast week’… Make variations with fruits of your liking and start the day with ‘power pack’ breakfast.  Sugar Free Granola Breakfast  Ingredients: •	2 cups of rolled out oats (not ready-to-eat) •	1 1/2 Tbsp sunflower seeds •	1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds •	1 Tbsp white sesame seeds •	10 gms  flax seeds •	1/4 cup of orange juice •	2 Tbsp olive oil •	Half a cup of strawberries/sliced apple •	2 Tbsp of hung yogurt •	10 skinned almonds, cut into slivers •	1 tsp honey  How to Make: •	Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F/ 162 degrees C. •	Add the orange juice into the oats. Vous pouvez si vous le souhaitez ajouter une cuillère à soupe de Miel. Personnellement, je fais sans.. Je préfère tartiner généreusement mes Crêpes de Pâte à Tartiner. Celle de chez @nocciolatafrance est à tomber 😍 1/ Mélanger tous les ingrédients, 2/ Laisser reposer la Pâte une heure au Réfrigérateur, 3/ Faites chauffer votre Poêle à Crêpes à feu moyen et Badigeonnez la d’un peu d’huile de coco, si elle n’est pas anti-adhésive. Une fois votre poêle bien chaude, verser une louche de votre préparation et faire cuire environ une minute de chaque côté.
