As we become more aware of our energy, we become more aware of the energy of our thoughts, feelings and emotions and the powerful affect that they carry. We may begin to recognise how important it is to be mindful of them, how and when we hold them in and our expression and release of them. • We are all made up of energy. We live in an energetic soup where we are all interconnected by energy. We are constantly integrating, absorbing discharging and recharging energy, in any given moment. • We are always fielding our own energies, the energy of others and our environment. Some of our fielding may be conscious but until we become aware of the level of responsibly we carry and the weight of our own contribution to the soup, we continue to swim in it, contribute to it, be affected by it, affect the energies of others and the collective. • The more energy we give to our thoughts, feeling and emotions, the bigger and stronger they can become. • Whenever we are thinking about someone, or are emotionally triggered by them, the energy carried by our thoughts, goes to that person. Even if we don't consciously say how we feel in words, we unconsciously send to them how we feel in energy. • The energy of our thoughts can act like magnets drawing in the same positive or negative quality that we feed or attach to. The charge of the energy itself is benign. It is neither positive or negative, but it is the intent behind our thoughts, feeling and emotions that give the energy its power to serve us or separate, to help or to harm. • It’s critical to release them and not hold them in, in a way that is sustainable and productive, not reactive and destructive. • We all have our negativity, we all experience negative thoughts and emotions. It is about when we choose to become conscious of them, how to use, release and express them that counts, not the fact that we have them. • As we learn to harness the energy of our negative thoughts, feelings, and emotions, we

THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A SUCCESSFUL CURRENCY MADE OF PAPER ! . I know some of us aren’t really mathematicians so let me explain . 100% failure means it fails every fucking time ! . We clear on this now ? . Ok so what does that mean for you ? . The entire U.S monetary system is based on fake money and debt . . The banks and the federal reserve create currency “POOF” out of thin air . . Its really just punching in some digits on the computer in most cases now right ? . If you get a car loan or home loan do they give you cash or is it just in some magical account somewhere? . So you hold nothing physical, it’s digital currency . It just appears in your account ! . Anything digital can “accidentally “ disappear couldn’t it ? . Do you really have physical cash in your bank that’s equal to your savings ? NO . Every time they create more “fake money” into the system the value of the dollar goes down . . They continue to print or “POOF” money into the system in massive amounts continuing to devalue the dollar . . The only end to this system is the dollar being so devalued it’s not worth the paper it’s printed on . . When this begins the people can’t afford basic necessities and all hell breaks loose . . What will you do when you’re 50k savings account isn’t worth shit ? It devalues every year just sitting in a bank ! . Ask this to yourself , why are the rich and countries like China & Russia buying loads of Gold lately ? . God and silver are real money with real value! Always have been and always will!

What if everyone said this and took their own path? Can you imagine what the world would be like? There are so many people that are afraid to take there own path and just follow others. If we didnt have those people then how would you explain trends in clothes, or the stock market. The world was meant to have some be leaders and some be followers because that is the way life is and you can be both in different areas. The only person that you need to make sense to is yourself because in the end it is your reflection in the mirror every morning. Do what works for you and keep going with what that.
