Spicy Ful Mudammas Ingredients 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 cloves garlic 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes Pinch of sea salt + 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon smoked paprika 1/2 teaspoon coriander 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder 2 (15-ounce) cans fava beans 3 tablespoons tahini 2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice from 2 lemons, or more to taste Method: Put garlic cloves, cumin seeds, chili flakes, and a pinch of salt in a mortar and pestle and crush until seeds are split and garlic is in minced into small pieces. If you don't have a mortar and pestle, mince garlic very fine. Heat a Dutch Oven or medium pot over medium-high heat, and add the olive oil. Add the garlic, cumin seed, pepper flake paste and the beans with one can of the liquid from the beans. Discard the remaining liquid from the remaining can of fava beans. Add the paprika, coriander, ginger powder, and tahini. Mix the ingredients together until the tahini has dissolved into the liquid and the liquid. Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes, and mash about 1/4 of the beans with a potato masher for a thicker stew. Squeeze lemon juice from the two lemons and mix again until well combined. If you need more lemon juice to your mixture then add more to your desired taste. Serve with additional drizzles of olive oil and your favorite flat breads or veggies.

Weekly healthy recipes and tips from @chef_cappetta ! A low carb, high protein and delicious Recipe! Incredibly Fresh Tuna, fresh avocado, light greens, fresh lemon and olive oil! this is so easy to make you can make it by looking at the picture! Be sure to purchase extremely fresh tuna from your seafood market! Purchase the ripest non-bruised avocado you can find. Dice your avocado And place it into a medium sized bowl. Squeeze half a lemon on top of the avocado and sprinkle a pinch of sea salt and black pepper. With a sharp knife dice your tuna the same size as the avocado and place it In another bowl, dressing it with the other half of the lemon and seasoning it the same. Using a cylinder shaped container (a tall glass will do just fine) layer the ingredients separately. When all of the ingredients are in the glass press them down slightly to condense it. Invert the cup on a plate and gently remove the cup revealing the stacked ingredients. Drizzle the stack with a little olive oil and extra lemon juice. Add fresh cracked black pepper on top. Add any light greens you want to the top of the stack. Enjoy 😉
