It’s been a while since I had baked oats 😍😍 cinnamon and blueberry flavour drizzled with @sweetfreedomuk choc orange shot- so good 🤤  Mix 40g of oats, 1/2tsp of chia seeds, 1/2tsp of cinnamon and a few drops of @myproteinuk Toffee drops. Then mash up 1 small banana (90g) and mix.  Add 85 ml of unsweetened almond milk and put in the mixture and 20g of blueberries.  Grease a loaf tin,  pour in and pop in the oven for 25 minutes at 180(fan). This makes them nice and gooey.  I served it with berries and greek yogurt mixed with a couple more toffee drops.  Macros and calories for the oats including toppings are:  Calories|381| Protein|22.6g| Carbs|57.8g| Fat|7.2g|
من أكتر الاسئله اللي بسمعها ((أنا ليه وزني مش بينزل رغم اني مباكلش خالص أو باكل مرة واحدة ومع ذلك بتخن😭)) أفاجئك بقي و أقولك انه⬅️ ده السبب طيب ليه 😞  دلوقتي لما يبقي جسمي محتاج مثلا ٢٠٠٠ سعر حراري خلال اليوم.  وأقوم أنا مدياله ٨٠٠ وأطلب منه يقوم و يشتغل🤔ويفكر🙄 و يذاكر للعيال و نطبخ ونغسل و ننزل نجيب حاجة البيت والكلام الجميييل ده كله  طبيعي انه يبطئ الحرق قدر الامكان عشان يقدر بس يعيش بشوية السعرات البسيطة اللي أخدها كطريقة من طرق الدفاع عن نفسه و الحفاظ علي بقائه أساساً🤷🏻‍♀️وعشان يقدر يسد في كل الأنشطة اللي بيندمج فيها علي مدار اليوم  طب ايه الأسوأ من كده⁉️ الأسوأ إن بعد يوووم طويل وبعد التضور جوعاً اقوم مختصرة ال٢٠٠٠ سعر دول في وجبة واحدة وادخل انام  فيستقبل الجسم المسكين ده الوجبة دي علي انها المنقذ اللي لازم يخزنها في مخزن الطاقة ((دهون)) لأنه مجربك بقي ومش مآمن😒 ..الكائن ده بيجوعني و هيموتني فلازم اعمل نفسي مخزون اسحب منه طول اليوم ده غير ظهور الكرش طبعاً  لازم نفطر ونتغدي ونتعشي ويبقى في سناكس كمان على حسب المجهود يكون متوزع عليهم السعرات بتاعه اليوم وأهم وجبه الإفطار عشان المجهود المبذول على مدار اليوم يحدث باستخدام الدهون المتخزنه وعشان يبقى في طاقه ومحصلش مضاعفات سوء
