I didn’t do a good job of food pics the last few days. It’s been crazy. Breakfast I had Pepsi and a cinnamon roll. Lunch was a healthy choice steamer general tso’s chicken. And for dinner I’m just having a protein bar because I’m not super hungry. I also had some dark chocolate raisinets today as a snack. So happy right now!🤘🏽😁 First time back on my bike in over 6 months (when we were in Perth), and manage to ride 10kms around the lake, with minimal knee pain. As much as I love to go for a walk, I felt it just wasn’t getting my heart rate up. So pumped I attempted to get back on the bike. They don’t require much prep, and are great for that 4pm dip! 🙆‍♀️ C: @wholesome_lee ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⭐️1- Chewy protein cookies: these can be found on www.wholesome-Lee.com, and are only around 106 calories ⭐️2- Vanilla milk: I make this using 200ml whole milk, and mix in some stevia and pure vanilla extract. Coming in at 68 calories, so delicious and refreshing! ⭐️3-Rice cake: my new fav sweet topping! I was very skeptical, but I take 1 corn/ rice cake and top it with 1/4 avocado,1 chopped strawberry and 1 tsp honey ⭐️4- Ricotta & kiwi: my absolute best QUICK snack. I take 2 tbsp ricotta cheese and top it with one sungold kiwi ( coming in at 107 cals) ⭐️5-Gooseberries & chocolate: 1 cup gooseberries and 20g chocolate disks ( coming in at roughly 175 cals) ⭐️6-Protein crispy bars

🌴Coconut Creme Pie 🌴 Protein Pudding Cups are the BOMB 💣 ❤️🙌🏼❤️. Ohhh myyyy goodness this was absolutely fabulous ! SWIPE 👈🏼👈🏼 to see what I used to make these dessert cups . Recipe made 4 servings . Not pictured in the photo is the 1/2 cup of FF milk . I used 1 small box Jello SF Instant Vanilla pudding mix + 1 carton Vanilla Premier Protein + 1/2 cup FF Milk + 1 tsp coconut extract + 1 Tbsp Coconut Skinny Syrup . Mix everything in a bowl and whip with electric mixer for 2-3 minutes until thickened . Pour & divide evenly into 4 dessert dishes and chill in fridge until set . Approx 1 hour . Top with SF cool whip topping. I added some crushed Coconut 🥥 merengue cookies on top + a maraschino cherry 🍒. Hubby had 2 cookies + 2 cherries 🍒 in his . I had 1 cookie for 15 extra calories & 1 cherry 🍒 is 10 calories 😍. I spent over $100 on groceries today. (Not all pictured). Two things I have been craving, pizza and ice-cream. I’m not restricting myself from any foods I desire. Moderation! I actually only had a spoonful of the ice-cream because I haven’t tried this flavor before. The old me, would have sat on my couch and ate all of it. I’m proud of myself for not binging. I love daiya cheese and vegan pizza so when I found it for $4, I couldn’t pass that up.
