This outfit portrays exactly how I have been feeling... . . A frustrated hot mess. . . I've put a hold on almost everything that brings me joy and up until recently I haven't been able to figure out WHY. . . But, I figured out why!! (Sometimes I'm slow to see the obvious 😂.) I needed a break. I needed to rest my mind and soul. I needed to step away. I am in a season of growth; but for another life, not my own. And my energy has been needed for him to grow and strive. 💗 . . However, as we grow closer and closer to his arrival, I'm finding myself again. I'm finding my voice, my passion, my love. And I have realized that I'm ready for #myhappinessproject again. So, I'm getting back out there and going to start doing what I love again!! I EVEN have a new endeavor that aligns with all the things I love!! #staytuned . . Rest was needed but I'm happy to be feeling back again! 💗💗💗
Do it for the DANG GIRL! Even if it comes from yourself. ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU CAN SAY IT TO YOURSELF! After I had Riley I had NO IDEA how to start losing weight or what to eat. I looked into counting macros (and who seriously had time for that!?!?). I tried paleo. I hated that I had to give up carbs, because I am not a quitter. I don’t even want to talk about going to the gym... I still don’t have a dang clue what to do there! Do you feel me!? Do you feel like you have tried “all” the things? Every fad diet? I did, but I don’t anymore! I KICKING OFF A MID-MONTH ENROLLMENT FOR FIT CLUB TOMORROW, and if you’re ready to quite trying random crap, starting every Monday and quitting by Wednesday, and start something that freaking works then fill out my application (link in bio)! 7 of my teammates are traveling all day today to get home. They all live in BC, Canada 🇨🇦 and had a day of travel on each end of this trip. I felt lucky it only took me an hour to get home. These women are amazing! They are inspiring, strong, determined, passionate, understanding and Canadians are FUN!!! I’m so lucky to have gotten to spend the last few days learning about our generous company and their vision to make us all Dream Bigger. To grow our mindset and not settle for anything. My mind is overflowing with information. I don’t really even know where to start. I’ve shared bits and pieces of an experience that took me way out of my comfort zone for 84 hours.
